Altcoins are bleeding just because more and more people are losing faith in them .Everyday many ICO s are coming up and turning out to be scam.

Altcoins are worth the the risk of investment now, most of them are down in price and will surely bring a better Return Of investment soon.

A lot of the price stall in the smaller altcoins is due to the massive number of scams / abandoned projects / pump&dump schemes that have run rampant in the altcoin world.

What I think it will take for the altcoin market to recover is some serious bull market action for bitcoin, and some stand-up altcoin projects to gain some real world traction and user adoption. Then we should see some price action to correlated to market value.
