Why did you buy so may ICOs? You should have done your research and found out that 95% of ICOs are SCAMS. Anyway if you're really in too deep now i guess you could just hodl and hope that they pump those shitcoins one last time. Just monitor your coins. Once you see the pump sell immediately.

It’s better to hold when the market is in deep correction and is experiencing bearish trend. It would be like you are selling at all time low. Better is to HODL till the end of this year and then sell because most of the market will recover before the year end and many coins will experience a bull run reaching new all time highs.

Always HODL when you are in loss as its basic saying in crypto that one must never sell his/her holdings for loss. If you are in profit currently and gaining more than what you invested, you can sell for sure.
