Transactions using Bitcoin are banned in our country, even if someone wants to buy a house with Bitcoin, then is there anyone who would sell his house and receive Bitcoin as a means of payment ?!

I think we should fined an owner of the house who believe and have knowledge with bitcoin. Because if that is the situation, that is easy for us to buy. Nowadays many people with bitcoin but many also don't have a knowledge on it. |

Buying a house with bitcoin is a bit hard in my opinion. But if your bitcoin is transferred to money like a dollar it will be easier. Because it can be said no one accepted if you want to buy a house with bitcoin.

Definitely can with BTC buying a house. But it takes time to have it all. While the current price of Bitcoin has not stabilized as late as last year. Always wait until bitcoin prices are topped. It did not take long in just 1 year of investing I was very sure I could buy a house.

I think we should fined an owner of the house who believe and have knowledge with bitcoin. Because if that is the situation, that is easy for us to buy. Nowadays many people with bitcoin but many also don't have a knowledge on it. Well if the two parties have agreed on making a deal using btc, then i don't see why it can be a problem. I don't think governments would require to see the transaction taking place itself with fiat being exchanged. And btc p2p transactions are pretty much anonymous to track so i don't see why it can't happen |

Someday we will get an opportunity to pay for everything with cryptocurrencies. I believe in bitcoin and hope that ban would be cancled in many countries and by many big brands.

Of course it sounds wonderful. But in my opinion it is better to hold bitcoin and buy hose with fiat money. Because the price of Bitcoin will rise minimum ten times next ten years.

Ofc you can buy a house with bitcoin, I'm preety sure that i've seen a few websites that lets you buy a property with bitcoin but i'm not sure how it works without a proper escrow. If the owner of the house is accepting bitcoin then it's the best thing otherwise you can explain him how bitcoin work show him a few websites that accepts bitcoin. Probably then he'll change his mind. |

I read somewhere that you can buy houses in bitcoin in Spain. In my country, never see something like this but I guess that you just have to find a buyer that would accept to be payed in bitcoin.
Well i dont think that we can buy a house using bitcoin, because not all people in this world is accepting bitcoin as a payment, but i believe that bitcoin can help us to have many money, so we can buy a house, and i also believe that we can use bitcoin as a payment on buying house in the future. |

Of course you can buy a house with bitcoin as long as the company will accept bitcoin. But if it will not accept bitcoin then you can convert it into fiat money so it could be easier for you. As long as you are diligent, you can earn in bitcoin and you can use it to buy your own house. |

Of course you can buy a house with bitcoin as long as the company will accept bitcoin. But if it will not accept bitcoin then you can convert it into fiat money so it could be easier for you. As long as you are diligent, you can earn in bitcoin and you can use it to buy your own house. Yes, certainly we can buy a house from bitcoin even if company doesn't accept bitcoin payment but still we can convert our bitcoin into our local money to purchase all what we want, profit from bitcoin is a fruit from our endeavor and hardworking so its all deserving to buy for our self for what makes us happy and much more for the benefits of one's family. |

if we buy it from the company, it is difficult because they are unlikely to accept payments using bitcoin as home buying or home sales. because the price is up and down, and certainly the company does not want to lose. if we buy it in someone who wants to sell a house, we still have a chance. we just negotiate with the owner, whether can pay with bitcoin or not.

Until now I've never heard that anyone is selling a house using bitcoin but when a country prohibits the existence of bitcoin automatically it can give an emphasis to someone if continue to rely on bitcoin in buying and selling and could be punished for violating the rules that have been determined by the state.

Yes, it's possible if both parties(buyer and seller) agreed to use Bitcoin as payment. It's hard to buy a House using a Bitcoin if the Seller doesn't have any idea about Bitcoin at all. I heard that there are some stores accepting Bitcoin as payment. so it's only a matter of time for Bitcoin to be used in any transaction as a payment just like a real cash.

I dont think you are going to find any seller that accepts payment in bitcoin for his house. There could be a very few people around the world that are selling their houses for bitcoin or cryptocurrencies but the chances are very low to be in your area and also you wouldn't like the house or wouldn't afford it.
