That's very good news. I hope that soon we will see good ICO projects that give guarantees from the state to investors. On the other hand, state intervention may be negative. It is hoped that the return of the ICO of China will positively fail in the cryptocurrency market.

I am not suprise because looking at the ICO on the surface, you will see that ICO generate economic interest and encourage participation in the ideal that the ICO stand for. ICO will benefit the government and investors in the long run!

Recently, there are a lot of fake news about China. That speaks about the desire to manipulate the market movement in the right direction because of the news.
In China, a lot of people have invested money in the crypto, so this fake news is given so much importance.

Legalizing is not the main issue here, but government regulates anything that everything happen on their territory and one of them is to openly allowed Bitcoin for everyone who want to engage in.

It does not matter, many Chinese people were already participating in the ICOs by means of fake identities and buying accounts from other people to invest and the like. Now even easier.

It would be a good news for all crypto lovers to hear the ban on China's ICOs being removed but do you think it will just be like that? I have / had several ICOs on my watchlist I planned to invest or already invested in which seem to have quite a few members from Lithuania. I am a bit sceptical on p2p lending but will add this one to my watchlist.
