It maybe a fake news, I never heard that China will legalize ico, the government holds a clear attitude toward ico, especially the main task is to ensure the finance security, I think there is no way to legalize ico for two or three years in China

Actually the new governor of the China Central Bank make a positive statement about crypto-currencies immediately after he got his seat. So this could be very real news and China will aim into taxes from all cryptos.

His predecessor was well known to be anti-crypto.

This will be a warming news to the crypto family. The news if confirmed will surely increase confidence on crypto and eventually move the price in the reverse position.

If this is true then it should have been great news and it should be everywhere I subscribe to coindesk newsletter and I'm waiting for their announcement that China is indeed legalizing ICO or other legit and reliable cryptocurrency news sources.

It is still not possible to legitimise, because exchanges are restricted in China, so if they are not allowed to encrypt money markets, they will not allow the existence of ICO.

Maybe it's a fake. But maybe not. Now the economic war between the US and China has intensified. Probably the Chinese will experience a lack of investment. This can make them go to the easing of pressure on ICO and cryptocurrencies. In this way, they can attract private investment to their country. It might make sense.

Hopefully the legality that being mentioned are thoroughly implemented soon, because many news I heard before saying about legalizing but until now there is no total implementation at all. But I am pretty much sure that soon there were countries who really legalize crypto business. Because crypto business has a good higher contribution of income not only to people but also on economic world development.

Adjustable ICO- ICO is the Chinese who have passed certain accreditation. I sincerely doubt that if they were to repeal the law on the prohibition of ICO, it will give investors the freedom and raise the market from the bottom.

If this is true then let it be, with more regulation they can even try to tax it or something. I know they've been harsh on ICO because of scams and all other sorts of schemes out there. Plus you can raise money easier than with normal fundraising and all papers you have to fill in...

Is it all that surprising? I've always kept repeating - China wants to regulate, not prohibit ICO's or crypto whatsoever, same is with the rest of the world. Banks also. They know they cannot stop it, but they can adopt it, they would surely want to make it all theirs. They are commercial entities made solely for purpose of creating profit. Governments are too if you think about it (although it shouldn't be their primary or sole purpose.....).

I absolutely agree with you. I think this won't happen in the next 10 years.
The fact that China is interested in blockchain technology does not mean the legalization of ICO.

well China not the problem. And Neo got state approval already. It looks more like a lack of clarity in the US. The end of US fiscal year will make it clearer, if there is a bigger issue with regards to rules for crypto and ICO.

You are right,
If we run flashback to recent seven months, exactly on September which Chines government made a policy to banning Initial Coins Offering. But it didn't take a long time for them to find something new to pour the money into.

Learning from that situation, it is may quite impossible for Chines government to legalize ICOs. The government turned out to be OneCoin relating to all any transactions, designed by Chines tech company. Their are prefer to be independent rather than use cryptocurrency. However, it is such surprised news if Chines government launched a regulation for legalizing ICOs.

Good news from China and I think this would boost the price of bitcoin and Altcoin. More investor will be confident to invest more into cryptocurrency because of news like this. I this south korea would do the same to enable people from their country to invest more into cryptocurrency eg bitcoin, eth, eligma etc.

We'll just have to wait until it becomes true or not, knowing that china is always wanting to ban crypto in to their country. But if this will come out to be true then it will surely have a good effect in our market.

We can hear today "China support crypto" but suddenly in the next few weeks, we can hear the opposite news from that. This fake news getting terrible.
That's why I still doubt holding a lot of coins these days.

I don't trust this news, I see from their financial policy is far a way from crypto. Simple explanation is, China have financial goal about their currency ( Yuan ), they want Yuan become primary currency, at least after US dollar ( monopoly ). Until now crypto always connect with US dollar in many aspect and transaction. If Yuan can take second place it will be easy to against and beat dollar value. From that, China make regulation about crypto and decides to say " no " with crypto. I read this news in financial newspaper maybe a month a go and this is the true situation. Sorry if I'm not agree with you.

I don't know if this is true or not but if its true, then I think there will be any explode of the ICO and many ICO will release but china government need to make some regulation to control the ICO. by controlling the ICO, I think it will make people believe and trust with the ICO and they can invest their money with the ICO. maybe later I will search another news about this and I hope I can find the other news.

This is actually a big news and a happy one for crypto currency lovers provided this news is true. Because, most of the mining and trading contributions is from China, however the government has to come forward to at least regulate crypto or ICO rather than simply banning all. Crypto ban in China is a big set back for Chinese people and if this news is true then it would be a good news for them as well as for the whole crypto currency users. We need to have some concrete and real news to believe such action from China.

I don not think that Chines government make regulations to legalizing ICOs because all we know that some recent years Chines government banned Cryptocurrency ads there. Therefore, learning from this information, is quite impossible for Chines legalize ICOs.

How could Chines Government legalize ICOs if there are no regulation allowing and give opportunity for the citizens to use cryptocurrency.

I really think they will filtered the ICO's that will enter exchange in their country and they will surely make a list of available ICO that are officially good for investment and a strict regulation will be implemented, Well I really think this is fine at least there are some ICO's that will be allowed in that country

I have never read recently announcements, lows or regulations from regulatory bodies such as Central Bank in Chines or any others stakeholders on the legality of Bitcoin and its trading. It is impossible for Chines government to legalize ICOs unless the government make regulation on the legality of Bitcoin.

I ever read news that Chines is one of some countries that start banning Bitcoin recent months. It is very sturdy to refusing Bitcoin because the government launched its own currency, OneCoin which designed by Xunlai. So, it is unclear about Bitcoin regulation in China.

Its seems the it is a fake  news  or just a wild imagination of  somebody to make some positive effects to the ICO market place,  but taking for granted that  this news is true  because I don't think that will  just simply decided over night to ban ICO's in their country I think there are lots of consideration that they should consider , one of those  are how many of their citizen who invested ICO's it would just  end up nothing?

China can do whatever China wants. One day they ban the ICO another day they said they'll legalize it.

they will legalize ico's and crytpo payments sooner or later, as blockchain will allow their citizens to invest.

Perhaps the Chinese can reduce the pressure on ICO and cryptocurrency.
In this way, they can attract investment but people in their area do not have enough power to oppose the government's decision at the time

Good news if it is true, nothing wrong with regulating ICOs as there are too many scammers around these days. One platform that will benefit is NEO which will launch a wave of ICOs in China. Good time to invest while it is cheap

If they are going to only allow the launch of regulated ICOs then its good otherwise its good that the ICOs are banned. Most of the current ICOs launching are nothing but scams and copy pasted clones just waiting to grab all the money while they still can.

It is also a good news for ICOs from china. I also think if china is coming back now into cryptocurrency it is more like a trade war against USA who had been against it in recent months. It will also empower some token that had been from china and believe the regulation must have well slated before such news.

Director of the Center for Financial Technology, Yang Dong, hinted regulated ICOs are coming.

This is a very good news, which should have a very positive effect on the course of cybercrime. I think if China really cancels this ban on ICOs, the course of crippling will immediately go up.
But for some reason, it seems to me that this is a fake news that has no reliable confirmation!
I will believe it only if China cancels this ban!

I don't think this will happen as China has the clear statement that they will never promote any crypto currency related things ever and even not only China other countries also don't want to legal ico and coins because if the country do so, then people will start using crypto currency and the use of fait currency will decrease and no county want that the 3rd currency will take over their official currency.

It seems China changes their mind when it comes to crypto almost daily, so I'm really starting to doubt if they'll really legalize ICOs. And if they will, for how long.

Even if it is fake news, maybe they somehow positively can affect the sitdown of the market decline now. As for the authenticity of words, I think that in case of reliability we will see some further confirmation. If this proves to be true, then it seems to me that China will make the right decision.

Last week said that South Korea's plan to lift the ban on the holding of ICO with the aim of developing blockchain technology. The source can not provide, but in any case it will only have a positive impact on the development of the crypto industry not only in the market of China and South Korea, but also around the world!

If it is true this news will make the market back to green again, however we know that China is against cryptocurrency. Although regulation in ICO has a good effect in crypto because it can help us choose  a good coin that has a potential growth in the future.

I hope that this is official information and that it will have a positive effect on the growth of the rate of the crypto currency. This is good news not so much that China can authorize the ICO, but the fact that this process will be regulated. If the ICO projects are free of scammers, this will have a very positive effect on the credibility of both the ICO and the entire crypto currency.

Could this be true? Until there are other sources confirming the news, before i can conclude that China will or has legalized ICO. We all know  that the government of China fusses at the name ICO, so how will the wake up and suddenly decide to legalize ICO. Even if it is going to happen, i do not see it happening now.

I don't have 100% trust on this news as we have seen many fake news in the past either to cause panic or FUDS spreading fake news just to suit for their own selfish interest, but if there is any elements of truth in this news then it is a good news for the cryptocurrencies world. And it will boost people confidence in crypto.

The government knows the potentials of cryptocurrency and ICOs. However,  in my opinion, they are yet to figure out how to benefit from it. As soon as they work out how to make profit,  they will support it. If the news is true, it means they now have a way to benefit from cryptocurrency ICOs.

Well, i don't think China will imposed an official information regarding with the legalization of ICO's were they are the first who imposed a total banned ICO in there country in this 1st quarter of the year. This is a not a credible information that spread through the forum, its a fake news again this will not gain passive feedback to the market.

Not going to happen ,china is being strict to most of the people that is why they wont lift the total ban with these cryptocurrencies, china has been closing mining and trading companies in their country so it means they arent too interested with the existing cryprocurrencies.Do not use these fake news to make the market rise again because its soo obvious FUDs are the main reason why the market is crashing

If so, then this is really good news. We still do not have a big Chinese market. Moreover, if ICO projects are regulated and in this issue, at last, order will be put in order.
China, in turn, also can not stay away from the world development in the field of crypto currency. Apparently, there is finally realized this and this country will be able to return to the world of crypto-currency.

Bullshit news, this is another fake article to manipualte the market? china doesnt want cryptocurrencies in the market that is why there are less chance to getting this for real, mining trading etc and all of the acitivities that involves cryptocurrencies are still restricted in china and it will always be like that because china is communist country.

It does mean that the good old Chinese exchanges will huge volumes of trading will be back again and they will be legalizing ICO means NEO will be having a good run after that, it is a good news for the cryptocurrency market because China was main influence in the market for years and they dictated where the price goes and hopefully we would see more countries accepting it with regulations.

That is quite revealing will certainly be a great boost the cryptocurrency market. It could possibly pull the market out of its current bearish trend to a bullish one. However, I am sure how true or authentic the news source is.The market can really make use of some good news now.If the Chinese eventually legalize ICOs and allow its citizens to participate in them, it will loosen the tension on crypto-currency, Other will copy them too.It will also mean we will have a regulated cryptocurrency market.Let see how things play out.

Even in South Korea, the authorities intend to punish the ICO platform for violating legislation in the capital market. In particular, for raising funds through the use of digital currencies.

Although China is the most heavily banned crypto in the world, China is the most influential place in the Crypto market. If China accepts licenses for ICO projects or accepts the Crypto market, the Crypto market will probably continue to increase in the near future.

This is not the first time in history that China has lifted a ban or reversed a decision regarding bitcoin/cryptocurrencies/ICOs. When they've banned it in the past the prices fell, just as we are experiencing now, and when they lifted it the prices rose back. This is as a result of China and other Asian countries owning/trading at least 23% of the total good cryptocurrencies out there. If this news is true, then it is a good and favorable thing in terms of stability coming into the crypto space. I won't be surprised that this is coming as a second thought after the G20 summit with the EU looking at the possibilities rather than a total shutdown

I never think China will do that, I mean they are the one that is in greatly not in favored with crypto and with a simple reason they just legalize it, it seems to be a joke. We know the capabilities of China and it's influential to manipulate someone.

I can't believe China will legalize ICO's now . Chinese government aims to regulate absolutely everything they can see . But if it's true , this will be a great news for crypto , because it will attract a lot of chinese people with their money to ICO's and it will help to overcome the challenges crypto community is facing today .

China which had halted new ICOs stating the risk of investment of their is hinting of lifting the ban within 2018.
Director of the Center for Financial Technology, Yang Dong, hinted regulated ICOs are coming.

http://bitcoinist.com/chinese-official-new-regulations-2018-may-end-ico-ban/

It looks like the future of china regulation to the ico will be similar like this one https://www.ccn.com/frances-finance-minister-plans-ico-regulations-in-bid-to-attract-crypto-startups/
ICO issuer has an obligation to complete all of requirements from regulators to make it will be registered in the official institution.

I'm sure this is fake news about the Bitcoin ban in China. Because before the government issues any decisions, they have to pass on the opinions of the people and the relevant ministries so that the government can consider whether to issue a ruling. So once the Bitcoin ban is published, I think they will never abolish the ban.

Can't really tell if this is legitimate or not or if it will actually be implemented.

But I called this 6 months ago! (yay me...)
I saw China banning icos not as a rejection of crypto, but a way to consolidate it.
By banning icos, and "wiping the slate clean" they are now in a position to allow regulated icos to flourish.
And by regulated, I mean the communist party has a hand in it.

Think I'm a little too communist paranoid?
No way.  Here are similar real examples:
China bans youtube, their own version (called youku) gaines mass acceptance in china.
China bans google, enter baidu.
China bans facebook, twitter, etc. enter wechat.

Conveniently, a lot of top members of the CCP are stakeholders in these companies.

So, of course, they would do the same thing for crypto.

Might be they are done creating their own cryptocurrency, that is how these chinese people do copy and develop better wiht lower cost sell it to the other countries make money easily out from these orignal concepts.Doesnt make sense why would they ban cryptocurrencies and then lift the ban after they have created theirs? are they expecting us to get their coins?

That is cray i suppose they have created their own currency now, probably their own blockchain like technology very well played they are good in copying almost anything, but should be worried about this ? or we should rejoice because these chinese are going to get our market up once again just like what happened last year.

Possible it is a fake news, because why now? it is coincidence? or it is created just to hype this dying bloody hell market. If this news is real it would be a big thing because the mining farms in china will soon be opened so that our transactions will be much faster when we are talkinga bout bitcoin transactions and it will be less costly.

It is probably a happiest news for the local investors or developers in China, who mostly hurt by the China's recent banning on Initial Coins Offering (ICOS).  The may feel difficult now to look elsewhere to raise virtual funds for their new digital world start-up projects. Therefore, the local developer would give a very big thanks for the Chine's government for the regulation to legalizing ICOs.

If we look back recent news about Chines digital currency, it is quite difficult or impossible to allow ICOs. China cannot legalize ICOs unless they make regulation to allow BTC.

It is still unconfirmed so lets not celebrate for now becuse it might be another fake news to create some hype in the market, how this news came from nowhere today? when we are experiencing another bloody market? FUD makers are usually doing this type of tactics whenever they have bought enough coins from the dips, spreading positive news to get the market up take profits and repeat the cycle.

"Good ICO projects are allowed to develop in a legal and risk-controlled environment rather than simply adopting a one-size-fits-all approach.

He goes on to add:

[The China Securities Regulatory Commission] may launch equity crowdfunding pilot program in the near future, which will be an opportunity for ICO to get in compliance."
That's really a great news for cryptos and ICO. Maybe the market will become bullish now.

This is what exactly what china said while issuing the blanket ban on ICO. They want to regulate it to protect the interest of Chinese investors.
They seem neutral towards existing projects within China while their policy have moved exchanges based on China away from mainland.

This might have something to do with the fact that about 1/2 of the new cryptocurrency patents being filed internationally are coming from China, or so we've heard.

I bet most of the ICOs whether stated or not are coming from Russia (Legit as well as scams). And then they are followed by Asian, east European, ex-soviet, baltic and Latin american countries.

I think that China simply did not want to lag behind other countries. They're always used to being in front. Or is it because of their conservatism? They first forbid, understand what it is and how it works, and then legalize.

Hmmmm. I don't quite get it, China have pronounced already that crpytos in general is not recognized in China and that it would be illegal.
So I can't seem to grasp why the sudden good news in China, this could be a fake news or maybe, just maybe they have a change of heart and opinion about cryptos. Maybe they will start by sorting out good from bad ICOs as reflected in the news.
If this is legit, then it is good news for the crypto community.

Yeah, I have been reading a whole lot about this guy and it seems he is a big time cryptocurrency enthusiast as most of the things he has been saying keeps tending towards how they can make it work and so on. However, it is not something he can do alone anyway, even though he is in a huge position to implement some monetary policies changes.

I really do not want to bother myself with anything that comes from China again anyway; it just seems like some set of non-serious government that does not know what they want. You hear one thing today and you end up hearing something different tomorrow.

As it is, I do not even thing China is even ready to welcome any development for cryptocurrency at large let alone, ICOs. I am not sure where bitcoinist must have gotten that news from, but I really would not want to just take anything that come from online article news website just the way it comes.

After all these, it seems the way a lot of people have been placing the new governor of PBoC, there may be a slight chance something like that could be worked towards, but until then, there is still no news and everything is just a rumor.

I have been hearing some news about the new PBoC governor being a cryptocurrency enthusiast, so this may have some play. However, I would debunk anything for now, until it actually happens. There are so much fake news flying around and the crypto journalists are never helping matters as they really do not bother verifying news and all they are just after is the traffic for their website.

It’s possible of course but I think we still need more time for this kind of regulation. This might be a fake news or what but if this thing happen for sure many investors will come and the market will start to pump again. We really need this kind of news right now, the market is keep on dumping so I hope this is true.
This news is unlikely to be true. China has taken the path of creating a state crypto currency, it does not need ICO projects that the country's authorities can not control.
And we really need good news, otherwise a real panic may soon begin.   Smiley

It is impossible for China to legalize the ico. How could it be possible to legalize ico if China even listed BTC as illegal?

to my knowledge it is impossible that bitcoin is legalized in chna, because according to china bitxoin it from yesterday it is so bad so it should take time to legalize it.

With all the money that ICOs can bring to the country it was amazing to me that China banned ICOs to start with. It won't take them long to learn how they can capitalize on this major change in how commerce around the world will work. The sad part is this doesn't seem to be helping the price of Ethereum. Without a doubt there was a huge bubble, but I think smart contracts will have a very bright future that will surpass anything that we can imagine currently. So many services with switch to blockchain.

I think this is a fake news , because if it's a true - market should react positively and become green . In addition , it is not how China works . They have to regulate everything , they will not legalize anything that can harm their financial stability , even in theory .

I think that is a fake news, though the leader of central bank was changed, the new leader named Yi Gang is not so friendly to crypto, I do not think he will support to legalize the ICO.

the regulations and legalization should be the filter for scam ICO's that appeared many lately.

According to several articles in internet in the upcoming months, it’s possible for the Chinese government to roll out a licensing program for ICOs, as an attempt to restructure the market and introduce legitimate ICO projects and Blockchain startups to the public for token sales and fundraising.

It maybe a fake news, I never heard that China will legalize ico, the government holds a clear attitude toward ico, especially the main task is to ensure the finance security, I think there is no way to legalize ico for two or three years in China

yes, I agree with you. to get more information, I tried to browse other news but it does not seem to exist. so I believe this is most likely fake news.

If it's true, then it's great news, but I don't think it will be that quick and the price on the cryptomarkets, will take ages to get back up again. Well we hold fingers crossed and hope the market will recover soon

Actually the new governor of the China Central Bank make a positive statement about crypto-currencies immediately after he got his seat. So this could be very real news and China will aim into taxes from all cryptos.

His predecessor was well known to be anti-crypto.

I am sure that if this news is real, then it would bring good changes in the market. China has always been considered as one of the "big markets" that any business would want to penetrate or get good graces from; it's because China's economy is so big that once it picks up one market, it gives it the boost to boom in the years to come. Since there are so many news of China doing drastic changes on how they accept cryptocurrencies in general, then it would surely give a breath of fresh air, if for once, they would release something stating their support of the cryptocurrency market. I just hope it's real news.

Well, like they always say it is only a fool who doesn't change his mind.If they are willing to change their initial stance after weighing all available options then that's a good way to go.Like I always say this year is a year of regulations in the cryptocurrency sphere which we must all be ready for.

If that's true then maybe we can have a long uptrend this year or in the coming years. However if it's not true then cryptocurrency can still continue without them just like in 2017 after the FUD there's still uptrends.

The Chinese government trolls the entire crypto world. They can not make an unambiguous decision regarding crypto. The whole world suffers from this uncertainty. I hope that they will allow ICO and this will have a very positive impact on the entire crypto market.

This call was expected for a long time, China has always operated like this : ban until they figure out how to regulate the crypto market in their favor. I will not be surprised to see the ICO & Exchange ban lifted during 2018 once the regulations are in place.

Is this true? Nah, probably a fake news. China is one that bans cryptocurrencies so much so its mostly impossible that they would legalize it. Plus legalizing it would mean destroying their market. Cause its what cryptocurrencies do. Imposing a great imbalance in the country's market. Just an opinion tho.

It’s possible of course but I think we still need more time for this kind of regulation. This might be a fake news or what but if this thing happen for sure many investors will come and the market will start to pump again. We really need this kind of news right now, the market is keep on dumping so I hope this is true.
Yeah like other news as well, we can consider this news as fake too. Because yesterday I was reading China have banned bitcoins and the exchanges related to them. So two types of information that are totally opposite and on the same platform. So we can’t even decide which one is legitimate and which one is wrong. Whatever happens, may this be a fruitful thing to bitcoins.

The Chinese government has not been able to ban crypto-currency in its country, its limitations and prohibitions have been half-hearted. There are still exchanges and exchangers, and the currency is traded. Also there they did not enter their national centralized digital coin, and recently it was even stated that there was no hurry with this issue. All this indicates that China is not going to prohibit the crypto currency and therefore, against this background, the information that appeared that this year may be allowed to conduct ICO, which will be regulated by the state, fully corresponds to the prevailing circumstances.

I really hope they change their stance. Chinese ICO's worked the best for me so far. Almost any other ICO on this spreadsheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Ja83ZCDDOgNXNYatD5w-2grA8IENuSwGjtSHWOG247E/edit#gid=2035761729 is from a western country. I sucks to have so much potential wasted.

But on the other hand, people always feared what they can't understand or where they see a potential threat. Especially for a havily regulated country such as china.

That's very good news. I hope that soon we will see good ICO projects that give guarantees from the state to investors. On the other hand, state intervention may be negative. It is hoped that the return of the ICO of China will positively fail in the cryptocurrency market.

In China, a lot of people have invested money in the crypto, so this fake news is given so much importance.

During an interview at the CCTV-13 state television site, Hu Bing, a researcher at the Institute of Finance and Banking, said that the Chinese government's ban on the ICO was temporary. In an interview with CCTV, translated by Boxing Mining, Bing explained that the suspension of the ICO and the government's statement that the ICO is an illegal way of raising funds is a temporary phenomenon until local financial regulators develop the necessary regulatory framework and policies for all parties.

China did or didn't legalize ICOs make no difference at the moment. Chinese people are investing in ICOs anyway.
To have real difference legalizing have to be done together with some regulations.

It would be a good news for all crypto lovers to hear the ban on China's ICOs being removed but do you think it will just be like that? In an interview with CCTV, Bing explained how the Chinese government and its local financial regulators intends to legalized ICOs but on a more regulated environment through a licensing program.

What do you think about Lithuanian ICOs? What your experiences investing into them? I’m following one project welltrado.io. Do you think it can be a right investment?

Thank you for your answers!

I have / had several ICOs on my watchlist I planned to invest or already invested in which seem to have quite a few members from Lithuania. I am a bit sceptical on p2p lending but will add this one to my watchlist.
Several more projects from that country or having team members from there are LYM(Lympo), WePower (WPR), CV (carVertical)

The news is a fresh breeze for cryptocurrency if China really will legalize the ICOs set by them, Crypto and ICO are supposed to have regulations that have a centralized legal entity, thus cryptocurrency will continue to shine toward the better and possibly become legal in the world.

It is impossible for China to legalize the ico. How could it be possible to legalize ico if China even listed BTC as illegal?

Lol. I really wonder! China that has been stating their stand clearly on how they really do not want to have anything to do with cryptocurrency and that baffles me though for them, as they are going to end up missing out anyway. However, I still always have this belief that they will always come around in the long run, even though they are trying too hard to convince.

i doubt about this information, at first, it may be good, but this might be the reason for another dump. china officially announce that bitcoin is illegal on their country, that's why investors from china pull out their investment because of that announcement.

The Chinese market is huge. We can not even more accurately represent its potential. Therefore the legalization of ICO has great implications for the development of the whole cryptocurrency world.

Someone of course pays for fake news, because someone is very profitable. At the current moment, it is necessary to recheck every news, because there is a lot of deceit. But nevertheless, all countries in the future will legalize crypto currencies and ICO including China.

We don't have a lot of information about this news. And we can't say is it true or fake news. But if it's true and the ICO will be legal on China, it will bring a good growth in crypto

Japan has already taken important steps towards legalizing ICO, now it is China's turn to come to its senses and take the right path.

I am not sure about the truthfulness of this new, like many others here are suspecting, because China is one of those countries that are quite aggressive with locking out ICOs in their country. I think they are planning to introduce and develop projects of their own, so they lock out others. That's why I have noticed that many ICOs are restricted in users from China, which only goes to show that there is seemingly a wall that precludes developers from opening their projects in China. But, if there is reality to this, it can surely be of help because China is such a big market that it can help the cryptocurrency market to be promoted globally.

Yes, of course, it can only be rumors and empty assumptions. However, if it is true we will see a huge increase in capitalization, in my opinion. China is a huge territory and very densely populated. If the government abolishes some of its prohibitions it will be fantastic.

The Chinese government trolls all the world of crypto. They can't make the unambiguous decision concerning cryptography. The whole world suffers from this uncertainty. I hope that they will allow you and it will exert very positive impact on all cryptomarket.

This seem like an isolated article, and I personnally think it's a fake considering China's recent stances on cryptocurrency.

Regulations are good to get rid of all the scams and shitcoins.  I wish that this will happen sooner.  With regulations, more money will come into the good projects and with more money, price will mooooooooonn!!!
If the news is not a fake, then it really opens the door for big investments in crypto currency. Yes, China has very actively started to deal with crypto currencies, the country has a very large center, which is engaged in the study of crypto currencies. There is some probability that this news will turn out to be true.

Not quite going to happem china wont allowe these ICOs as they have banned it together with cryptocurrency mining, trading etc. It only means that these legalization could have been done a long time ago but not now,its morelikely not going to happen because if china wanted it ,they have removed the restrictions a long time ago.

Despite the bans, China is developing much faster in the crypto currency market, and if they lift the bans, it will be a big breakthrough and growth in capitalization. China is blocking many ICOs and lifting bans and blockages will facilitate the development of the crypto-currency market around the world. We will wait for good news.

In fact , if the government decides to legalize and regulate the ICO market, its licensing program will be similar to the BitLicense program of the new York Department of financial services (NYSDF), which requires companies to obtain a license from the state to work and work for the benefit of the people of new York. Sorry for my English, translated by translator so that meaning can change

I have not heard anything about the fact that China has changed its attitude to ICOs. Perhaps these are ordinary rumors to control the public consciousness.

I have not heard this news too and maybe this is a good news because as we know that China wants to ban the ICO before. and if this is true, I think the ICO projects can continue to spread about them to Chinese people and I am sure that it will attract more investor to join with them. this will bring some good news for every project because they don't have to worry to work with Chinese people to make their project success in the long-term. besides that, I see that there are many Chinese people which join into many projects and they have a good capability to give something to the project.
