That top address is one pool. It was populated this morning.
It's the threeeyed.info pool, but for Pigeoncoin. Not a premine.
They have a backlog of payments they are emptying ASAP. That's most of the 19M.

When the admins for that pool were asleep there were problems with payments and now they are slowly going through the logs to figure out who is owed what. |

Will it use the same wallet as Bitcoin does? or it will have it's own unique wallet?
