Currently the regulations in US are a bit unclear as different departments have different opinions on crypto so we are waiting for the tide to settle a bit before we possibly make it available in the US.

Should the payout be smaller than the cost of the transaction, the payout won't be sent. For example, if the payout for an address X is 0.00001 ETH, the payout won't be sent as the cost of sending the payout is higher than the payout itself.

Yes, the number of votes held is proportional to the number of FYP Tokens owned.
The participatory policy making is also an approach to the overall goal of including active members of the community.

Where can token holders go to find out more about proposed features? I would like to see a list of them. I like the idea of us being able to have a say in how the project moves forward while also being able to profit from it. Not enough projects really reward token holders anymore.
