I think this is the hidden gem of this site that are overlooked by the majority of the people that are criticizing faucets. They look at the 100 some odd Satoshi that the site is giving and missing the referral income potential that the site is offering as a passive income.

Most of my referrals are inactive now, because most "new" users only do the faucet thing for a while and when they realize that 100 Satoshi is not a lot of money, then they simply give up. And how many of those are active? Is this all freeroll earnings only and are you able to see that? Never tried advertising much, or rather my own link. Very inspiring:)

Yup, it's hard to actually encourage referrals as they have no commitment to small payouts, especially with more lucrative ways to earn. Only a handful still think faucets are worth just by stopping by several times a day.

The 4.08% is indeed alluring if your balance is large. For those toying with fragments of Satoshis like me, they hardly cover the withdrawal fees even after a year

I have another main market commodities and securities account which pays me to short Bitcoin, like many Forex crosses the potential difference from one currency type to another can result in a positive yield for the holder.    Then I'm allowed to get a yield here over 3.7% higher then my national currency allows me thanks to strange modern QE policies propping up unsustainable debt accumulation in fiscal budgets.
   We have the strange world situation where I can get paid to both hold and sell BTC simultaneously, I imagine thats never happened before in the history of money.

Well, I didn't know my betting was included when I was claiming the faucet, I for example have around 140 satoshi if I don't recall wrong ( I don't claim faucet anymore, I just have affiliates and I keep that in my account so I can get 4% rate) but honestly if you are already making a decent amount of money from anything else, it can be the interest rate, it can be the lottery win, it can be affiliate income, in the end you get tired of claiming the faucet.

Yeah, I started out with claiming the faucet as my early days but the more I grew my income from other stuff the less faucet I started to claim, I do the gambling part a bit but only when I have some sort of free rolls so I put up like only 10k satoshi and get like 50k satoshi or whatever gambling requirement and deal with that, otherwise I don't even gamble anymore, just affiliate income and interest.

Good job! Actually i was starting with collecting referrals few years ago and I know how hard is to attract active users. Now people looking for better paid tasks than faucets, but forget that price of Bitcoin can one day hit new ATH and the value can be completely different.
Can you share with us how long takes you to collect so many referrals and do you still looking for new ones?

On the other hand, No.3 winner won 0.07 BTC when he had over 11 million tickets. Considering that ticket costs 1 Satoshi, he spent more than he won (unless he received tickets from gambling activities).

I was surprised that none of you noticed that yet. I got a few support emails claiming that it was evidence that it was fixed /facepalm.

It's a legit marketing strategy, as long as it doesn't involve abuse of multi accounts or scripts. After all, the referrer gets downlines and some commissions, and the downlines enjoy back their own commissions and/ or rakeback.

The 50% offer back is a good incentive but in my case I think that's not why I get more referrals and it's not with that intention that I make the offer.

On other sites that allow me to "award" them automatically I also do so as a way to help those who help me.

I am getting lots of referrals in my country too. The trick is knowing where to put your links at. Also people who live in relatively poor countries tend to sign up more often since they have nothing better to do anyway. I tried blogging but it didn't work for me well. Putting the links on some other well established websites worked like charm though.

I am getting lots of referrals in my country too. The trick is knowing where to put your links at. Also people who live in relatively poor countries tend to sign up more often since they have nothing better to do anyway. I tried blogging but it didn't work for me well. These type tactics working because in many third world poor countries we have too many users those who still can able to affored these type thing for very less time during their own works as I was in Captcha Work for some time I have too many typing workers from African countries and they was looking for many ways where they have less work and some reasonable amount.
