Yep, that's what I thought. Depositing 30,000 sats to your freebitco.in account, as Yogee suggested, wouldn't be enough to generate any noticeable profit. ... BUT for me, for example, noticeable profit isn't always the goal. Anyone can do it just for the fun of it, same as we do with those FUN tokens.

Hopefully FUN token will have more active development than DOGE  . Price of FUN already went up a lot from the moment freebitco.in acquired it. Right now, the price seems to be hovering around 73 satoshi.

Yeah you are right. The main reason I deposited was really to spread out more my funds and the yearly 4.08% they give is a nice benefit  .

I believe this Fun token deal is beyond just idea of buying and selling, it is a very long term thing. People are seeing freebitco.in here and they are not realizing how big it is, you may not see 100 messages here every day, but believe me freebitcoin is one of the biggest crypto websites in the entire world, their alexa ranking is off the charts, they are doing very well and making so much money.

If they have taken over a coin and they are promoting it this way, that means they are planning on a great future for it, and getting binance on board with a competition? That is even better and shows how professional it is as well. I think this is a great long term project for anyone to buy and hold. I am doing that and I would suggest others to do that as well. When you are buying and selling (basically trading) you may miss out on the increases if you are out at that moment.

Alt coins like this only gets me excited if the developer get a use case for this, but Freebitco.in is an exception to my rule. We know Freebitco.in has a huge userbase and basically no aggressive marketing is necessary to boost this. (They can just glide with the users they have now)

That said, I would still want to see what the actual use case would be and if exchanges would be willing to get behind it. (It would be nice if we could see what the trading volumes would be, once it gets on the Exchanges)

Coinmarketcap as with coingecko.com have a slightly skewered view of the markets and coins given they are both heavily selective in which exchanges they will or will not canvas on their sites.

Don't get me wrong, they serve their purpose giving an overview but neither are truly comprehensive in their coverage.

I have seen that if I own 50k fun tokens that would be 10% increase on interest rate, I am assuming that is 10% increase on the 4%? So, that means I will have 4.4% interest rate? Meanwhile you are of course making other interests and making a profit as well. I think this worths something if you have the money for it, it is a long term deal but it definitely works.

Normally we receive 4.08% annual interest. And 50k FUN token will boost the normal interest rate by 10%. So it's clear that your interest rate will be (4.08+(4.08×10)÷100)=4.488%. You will get extra 0.408% annual interest on your account balance. It won't give additional 10% interest. Although, I couldn't get the point what you have meant in the second part of your reply.

The % stated is the rate of increase not the absolute amount.  Its the smaller figure, a percentage of a percentage already given.     Still adds upto something just like the free wheel of fortune spins etc.   Im pretty sure it would take far more then a year for me to earn back all since I'm not holding alot but since I can sell anyway when I want its all a bit of a bonus so long as I can sell at a similar cost which I expect will be possible roughly.

You wouldnt just get that one aspect, its also the free spins and also the cashback on any betting.   Theres one simple way to decide on involvement or not and its mostly are you a long term user.   Anyone who changes their mind in 2 months and sells all their crypto probably shouldn't bother but the flip side if you see yourself holding into 2022 and 2023 which is pretty long term then why wouldn't anyone want the extra benefits available.    The site has been around a while, so its playing off that basically and offering something back for holders, been done elsewhere and I guess its a viable idea by now nothing too great to dispute.    Speculative bets and trading on FUN price would have to consider that aspect anyway, thats the back bone to it all.

Great thing that you clarified it to public that Freebitcoin now has access and control over FUN tokens. With this, we, the users, may be able to expect great things and bonuses for us.

Good idea, just now you can easily exchange it for FUN token if you got 320 or 3200 satoshis in the WOF. Maybe, if they approve your suggestion between 5 -50 FUN tokens could be listed on the wheel. Also, buy-sell token still available on site, you can play by multiplying it using btc and come back to the page to buy FUN token.
