Yes, actually there is only one problem with this site, namely poor communication between users and site owners, so every complaint that gets a slow response ends up being a case raised on this forum so it becomes something that must be resolved immediately, there is no active support and support. full of users who made communication errors a problem, a lot of accusations were pointed at this site which actually seemed to me to be fine because they processed my withdrawal without any problems.

Why don't you check from which addresses on freebitco.in you received the payment to your address? I've already checked mine, and it's empty. The wallet was emptied around the time when wetsuit logged into the network. It seems he wanted to tell everyone about it that day, but someone possibly talked him out of it.

Why not - suggesting some improvements is basically expected. In some other businesses - they have some kind of bounty for finding some things that can be improved. Users who find bugs or other things that need to be improved will be paid - this is certainly good for making the service safer and better.

There are many things that need to be improved and it would be a shame if the team completely ignored them. Freebitco.in is a well-regarded, reputable site - so most of its customers don't want them to end up ^{[bankrupt or other things].} The change of team allows for a new era for the site - there's certainly something to look forward to if they do regain user interest.

I have checked, and I guess I'll now explain here for everyone to see what I have gathered.

The addresses they use for payout are the hot wallets. Freebitcoin doesn't reuse addresses and so each time you get paid, part of the money gets transferred to a new never-before seen address (this is good practice). I have dug around, but it seems to be awfully hard to find the cold wallet with the 1000+ BTC.

What I know: they start with an address with 10 BTC and then they make their payouts, the remaining of the money gets transferred to a new address under their care to make other payouts again and again until the money runs out. Then they feed the scraps back into a 10 BTC address.

You can track the payouts by looking at the details of the transactions they make as you can see here. In that specific transaction they start with 5.4 BTC, they make a transaction with multiple outputs and then the majority of the coins gets transferred to a different address (majority in this case, sometimes it's hard to figure out which is the new freebitcoin address and which is just a whale withdrawing a lot of BTC). Then they do the same with the remaining coins again and again, until they end up with close to 0BTC and they feed that remaining coin back into a 10 BTC hot wallet (like this).

It's tricky (but in theory doable) to find the cold wallet because there is always an uncertainty on which wallet belongs to who and I don't know how much they actually need to draw money from the big pile of cash they are sitting on since the flow in is probably ~equal to the flow out, meaning that it's rare they need to refill the hot wallet using the cold one.

I wish I had better tools to explore the blockchain, anyone here know any good tools to do this sort of investigations?

But I'd like to re-iterate than freebitcoin just giving us the cold wallet address would be much better than the community going spelunking in the depths of the blockchain.

AFAIK, those players that considered as high roller are those players that is affected with the security issue since the hacker probably manage to sent them malware through email since their info is available on the leaderboard winner of freebitco.in contest. Normal players or casual player is not affected so far.

This is still a red flag for me. If the high rollers are been respected then sooner or later the average or people wagering with low amount will be victim too. By the way, lets suppose you gamble with a low capital on freebitco and won a jackpot. Then this means that you will be denied the withdrawal  

The USA election should be there as that alters the Dollar prospects which in turn is going to alter the Bitcoin price which makes it relevant to all of us here on the outcome.

I've been very active on the site years ago but now I barely free roll once a week maybe, life priorities took over unfortunately.
Never had an issue years ago, neither I noticed any issue lately in the spare usage. Interests are added to the balance, never noticed strangeness happenning on the balance.
However I only deposited from other faucets, never withdrawn so far, so I still have to confirm on my skin if the site is legit in that aspect... but I read of others who've done successfully so I'm confident :v

But I did withdraw several weeks ago and it was a success. It wasn't a small amount either, around $400 in BTC.

Regarding a competitor trying to ruin the reputation of a competing service, I think some newbie accounts can be engaged in something like that, not reputable member of bitcointalk.

I've actually read carefully all the posts for the several past months, and I also read that some of those who had problems with withdrawing their funds did withdraw successfully a bit later. But of course not those who's comps were infected and the withdrawn money went to the wrong addresses. I know that, but thanks for your post. It can help others to make up for what they missed.

This is the part that scares me the most because he was very active on the forum before, attending to the issues of people. Assuming he left the team, it would have been good he made that known to the community that hold him in high esteem.

Actually, I have thought about this too, but again the level of trust comes back to the users, not everyone believes in accusations like this, even bad accusations about their site, just look at their site, it looks fine, like there are no serious problems and it makes them lose a lot of users. who are worried about losing Thequin, I also think their team should immediately look for a replacement for Thequin to be able to mediate on all the cases and problems in this thread. so as not to let all problems drag on.

I don't know if Thequin will come back again but it seems he will no longer return to this thread but their team promised to look for a new team to be able to more quickly handle problems and complaints on this site, it also seems that several accounts related to this site have been flagged and I They think that of course, to maintain their reputation on this forum, they must immediately resolve all problems or leave this forum and become a dangerous site out there. On checking I strangely seem to experiencing the opposite to you.

I never check my FUN transaction history, I wasn't even sure where to find it but having looked I don't see any record of my daily free spins since June 13 which is close to the date you say (June 12) you have not been receiving them via the home page link.

I have however been receiving the notifications on the home page although I usually use the link hosseinimr93 provided to get to them and once played they also show up correctly in my roll history.

Edit: seems that something is being looked at right now.

All altcoins have dropped to some degree since bitcoin has taken a nosedive in the past 48 hours from high $67k down all the way to $65k and I think it dropped $1k in just an hour late into the morning just yesterday.
Seen FUN tokens drop to it's lowest selling point to $0.00386usd since I started watching late last year.
It had always seemed to stay above the $0.0048usd mark but it crashed hard just like all the others in the altcoin market had late yesterday.
As for the WOF, the link shared by hosseinimr93 has always worked for me and just started receiving 12 WOF over the weekend for holding those FUN tokens.

If you want to sell your FUN tokens in freebitco now, you have to sell them at 5 satoshi which is 28.5% lower than the buy price.

Although its good to see that there's someone now posting that they are the new support of freebitco.in could you ask those guys what @shield132 mentioned to verify your relation with this casino? Since we can't deny the fact that there are some people will take advantage on the bad situation happen. So for us to erase the doubts and verify that you are the new costumer support of freebitco.in then there's someone should clarify your installation here.
