i don't know if this a caching issue or if they are doing this on purpose, or if it's just a result of the site being abandoned with no maintenance being done.
but after checking the code, looks like what popup is shown depends on what the server is sending.
Has anyone tried reporting their domain to the registrar?
that would be a waste of time, especially with namecheap since that's their registrar.
they won't do anything about it and will tell you to report it to the hosting provider or something like that.
