Well i recently found this gem called SPOTCOIN. This is going to be launched on the NEO platform and the ico is to be held in the next month.

They are gonna create an OTC market and allow fiat to crypto trading on it (they already have a operational OTC market right now since about a year), and will also launch an digital exchange. They will also be giving token holders a portion of exchange fees as dividends so you could potentially get some steady passive income on it

For me fiat to crypto trading is currently pretty lacking in the space right now and this In My Opinion is what attracted me to the project.

I suggest that you should understand clearly what is the platform of the ICO that you want to join for a campaign. A good option too is to check their ICO rating on sites like icobench.com, icorating.com or icochamps.com, these are some sites that I used to check if the ICO I was joining has a high rating and it is good to join for a campaign. For now my next good ICO's are Metamorph.pro, Fuloos and Jibbit.
