I do not think that now is a good time for the tactics of "HODL", a lot of unsuccessful projects, or those who do nothing after the withdrawal of funds, a large number of scammers.

Bitcoin dipped to 7500$ and i think now it is danger zone could go to 3000$-4000$ again.
Good chance for newcomers, sorry for those who bought bitcoin at 18,000$ an 11,000$ Cheesy

What do you think? How low bitcoin can go?

Just hodl it
Well we cannot persuade everyone to keep on holding right now knowing that bitcoin and other crypto's price has been really down for so long and it is still falling continuously day by day. Having faith is not a bad thing but you should still be smart and wise about your holding so that you won't end up hoping on something that is not going to happen anytime soon.

I think we are the one whose hands are strong because we can hold our bitcoins in a long time. There are many weak hands that are regretting their decisions because they do not have a lot of patience.

For me, the value of the bitcoin is on the typical drop before not like few months. I figure January or February bitcoin drop just about 60%. No should be panic at all. For now, it is smarter to add more bitcoin to your wallets snatch the moment when the bitcoin is drop. I am almost certain you will gain benefits later. Misfortunes happen when you choose to offer your coins right now.
It is common that holding is better than selling these days. Although the price is going down and now it is less than $8000 but it is hoped that till the end of this year it will reach again to $10000. People are now putting their money in cryptocurrency and the reason is high profits and seems the shortest way of making money compare to other businesses.
This is in fact a good strategy which keeps you away from loosing until you actually sell your coins. This panic selling is responsible for the red market and is one of many reasons why the price of crypto falls. Besides, if you hold your coins and wait until the market is back in equilibrium, you are better off with the worth of your portfolio increased many times. This technique is incredible.

They are afraid on loosing their money so they cut their losses they didn't understand that crypto is for long term hold and not for short term hold so that many people cry when the value of it became lower.

Do not sell in the very near term, because it will only make you lose. I hope the people who invest do not always panic when the market is red.

If the current situation of bitcoin don't change, bitcoin would experience the lowest pricr decline in its history. With orice ranging from 1000$-2500$. This may sound alarming but as long as you have your investment pumped in the system and you're in for a coin holding, you shouldn't worry about your investments going to zero. As soon as bitcoin bounces back you'll regain your investments.

Do not you sell in the current situation because bitcoin prices are still in a low state and not profitable if you sell now, the best way for now is HOLD although there is no time limit to wait but it is an effective way to earn profits at the right time later .
does require strong patience for the current market situation and remain calm in order to be motivated to make a profit.

I do agree to hodl it for as long as possible and until as you can, bitcoin will rise constantly in the future like it did back less than a decade of introduction as popularity increases, the current drips are just because of its volatility which is in its nature so there is no need to panic sell.

Yes, hodl is the best answer to stop loss. Don’t sell and stay calm, be patient that bitcoin will recover as soon as possible. $7,XXX is strong enough, I guess that price will not fall anymore because if may fall bitcoin will not easy to recovered.

Wow, have we been stuck at $7500 for this long?  Reminds me of 2016 when we were at $420 for months and months, and I wasn't sure if bitcoin was ever going to go up again--and I'm still not sure, but I'm optimistic.

As far as this thread goes, bitcoin is money.  It's a currency.  Therefore if bitcoin goes down, you have by definition lost money.  When this sentiment of "you don't lose money unless you sell" has always screamed of bullshit to me anyway, even when it's applied to the stock market.  A loss is a loss.  Sometimes assets just keep going down and never rebound.  I'm somewhat a fan of mark-to-market accounting, where the value of what you have is whatever the market says it is at that moment.  That is especially true of bitcoin.  As I said, it's a currency.

holding it will reduce the risk and maybe you will get more profit, I think bitcoin will be more profitable for long term investment and with fluctuating price then the risk will also be higher

It's true now more than ever! I mean i there is a dip in the market then you lost is still virtual. If you wait it out and cash out at the the price higher than when you bought it then it's pure profit. But if the market is down and you actually sold your holdings then you jist made your loss real. So just hold ob to your coins!

If you will ever find a coin that will be worthy of long term holding, buy it, hold it, grab it with all you have and dont sell.
Bitcoin worth for holding maybe the price is on dip but holding is the much better way and used this chance to buy more because bitcoin will bounce back and it will become profitable again proper holding and right timing is needed to never lose our money.

I think not forever holding is the best choice. prioritize the analysis first before determining the option to hold. you should see and read the market, whether the price will come back down or up? if the price is likely to fall back then selling is the right choice, the most important is to do the analysis first, holding is the last option..

You are right dude. Don’t sell you mystery coins. If you want to gain more income, don’t sell it, once you sold it your misfortune the advantages of it. Today the market of the crypto is bloody. Bloody means time to buy or add more quantity of coins to your wallets. If you need a fiat hold your coins, but you need it think the best way, don’t sell all your coins, sell little by little once the markets turn into increase until you reach the amount that you need.

That's right just hold it until the price of bitcoin will boom again. Maybe we can easy talk about that, what if we are the side of those people who brought bitcoin in high price, can we hold it? What if we have an emergency situation and no other can help except bitcoin, I don't think we can hold it anymore. It depends on the situation, but if we have no any problem or emergency it is good to hold it until the price of bitcoin will increasing or selling it when we can earn some profit. It is true that we need deep understanding about cryptocurrency and be patience.
