This depends on what currency you have and cannot consider different matters as the same. If what you are holding is shit coin, and i think it is very likely that the ending is you lose all of your money.

We are in a roller coaster ride and its important to know this things before you engaged youselves in crypto because if you dont prepare for the worse then you might end up losing your money for not being aware of the consequences when you invest.
Weak investors usually can stand seeing the price declining thus they tend to panic sell, but in times like this wherein the prices turning down the best thing to do is hodl and be patient. Forget for a while the market, that can help to ease our worries just believe that the market will recover soon.

Don't sell now. you don't lose when you don't sell. hold the coins, Bitcoin is not like stocks that you will lose totally in Bitcoin there are hope that it will rise again. Don't panic it will definitely rise before the end of the year.

maybe the right choice right now is to hold the bitcoin that you have because the price of bitcoin has dropped again and by holding you will have nothing to lose and you still have the chance to get profit

I am sure that a lot of people now will hold there coin raher than selling it with a cheap price and hoding in this situation is the best thing to do because we can definitely lose a huge amount of money when we will sell our bitcoin at $6400. |

Market is not so attractive to look at hence I advise all to hodl for a longer time till market revives from its death. Stay focussed and you will enjoy.
Therefore, we must all refuse from selling the cryptocurrencies and concentrate on something that can bring us fun and/or the money. Just hold the cryptos for this time. |

This is true. Why you will sell your coin if you know that it will make you loss your money. Instead you can just hodl it until the right time, until the market will rise or be in a green row again. Unless you really need money to sold it. So think wisely.

There are a lot of people who regretted being impatient in the past as things in crypto gets better all of a sudden. It can still happen again right now but we still need to keep on holding on and believing that it will soon get better for crypto. |

I don't recommend holding because it takes time to get yout ROI. I would suggest everyone to do trading and of course start with the basics because trading will make you rich if you studied well all strategies
