The market is keep on dumping, and some people are now doubting about cryptocurrency do you still believe that altcoins can survive?
For me its a YES but as a newbie its normal to feel doubt, need some encouragement for us to remain positive even the market is red.

This thread should on the speculation altcoin section. Yes it is and why not? if you were including on apart of the old adopters in the cryptocurrency and you will know about in fact it was started from nothing. This time everywhere talking about crypto. The market looks like still getting bearish trend again. I think that this will be stopped next month. I still believe with it. |

For me as well yes because we have so many coins with latest technology and many devs doing hard work for bringing more new ways for this which could not be in vain this bearish trend can take some time but this can go away in future and we will watch too many new developers with new ideas and new ways for bringing positive moves in life

Some of the situation in crypto world it is mostly used by the investors as of now. |

Of course altcoins including their father bitcoin are definitely goes uprise again the price value in the market price.. Don't worry mate hold and be calm to avoid panic to our crypto enthusiasm. I believe for you strongly believing in cryptocurrency even now the price fall down the other people outside there are panicking about the situation of bitcoin price and altcoins price fall. |

Bitcoin was the first one, the game changer.. altcoins are just copies, and each one of them have different purposes. Not copies. Inspired by Bitcoin maybe but not copies. Altcoins aren't going anywhere. Many will fie out but most aren't going anywhere. |

If btc survives this crash, then alts will too -- at least the good ones. BTC doesn't have the technology that most alts have.
That means that alts still have a use. They're the untested experiments for BTC.
Even if BTC incorporates all alt technologies, there will always be a new alt with advanced tech. So they'll always have a place in crypto.
That said, some alts will always be faster than BTC when it comes to TX, with less fees. These, I believe, will be what people use for daily transactions when crypto becomes a mainstream payment processor.

Cryptocurrencies are still at the beginning of their expansion. There are many altcoins with great projects that you can choose to invest.
We can't expect that all of them will be successful, but the opportunity is big.

I don't hesitate to say YES!, altcoin certainly can survive and will return at its peak. Falling and rising prices is a very common thing, we do not have to worry about it. As a user, we have to support altcoin growth by being optimistic and positive thinking. If you have money I suggest to buy it. Let's take advantage of and control situations like this to be more useful. |

its a typical bearish question  alts will survive and we will make huge profit in alts by HODL. alts are suffering because btc crash but this will end somehow and bull will take place than alts will rise again as always. no one knows when it ends but %90 of us know that will end. maybe tomorrow or after one month or later but in end alts will rise again and again. So no panic but HODL |

The point is the trust (trust) of the market (us). If the future market still considers the virtual currency as something of value and has good future prospects, its value will likely increase along with the increase of market confidence level.
But if there is an issue strong enough to dilute market confidence in the virtual currency, then its value will potentially drop gradually and can lead to systemic risk. That is why investing cryptocurrency has a high risk, because its value / price is determined by market demand and supply.
While market demand and supply may be affected by external sentiments, such as government policy, politics, cyber crime, etc. So still can not be ascertained correctly, whether cryptocurrency will be Bubble or give Double result. We can only speculate based on assumptions

Crypto with blockchain will survive.Weak market will shrug off those weak hands and scammy projects. That;'s a much needed correction as well. Overall, major blockchain projects with some really solid token/ICO with real use cases could make it and trigger more general acceptance. I am strong believer of blockchain technology. Crypto tokenization will bring the sharing economy to another level.Bitcoin had been proven its popularity and gaining trust among us.
So guys, crypto is too big to be vanished overnight.

altcoins will go up again when bitcoin gets back in a bull trend. This current correction has already taken out most of the froth from market so getting close to next big rise to start.

Ofcourse, altcoins will survive even though we are on state of calamity on crypto world we are holding some of our precious coins and I have no worries about what the tech behind. I'm a bitcoin believer as well as altcoins.
