All what I can say is that, for now Bitcoin is not outdated by any other 'cryptocurrency'. But in years to come, if no other crypto stands up to beat bitcoin in the game then it can still stand. There is no bad in having altcoins, but mostly of them depend on bitcoin's price, I guess. Once the price of the bitcoin goes down, most of it also goes down. It's only my opinion, and I also think that aside of etherium, there is no other altcoins by now that is morr popular than bitcoin. I did not say that eth is not good, but having bitcoin this long just means it is more used by crypto users. In the future, I am thinking that bitcoin is still in the market leading the crypto currencies.

BTC and Social Networking are obviously much different, BTC as I said above while Social networking can be used to make money or spend money.
