Digital currency is to change the world, many of which were positive, to a certain extent, they pose a containment of the government, gave the people an alternative, but that doesn't mean they don't need to be regulated.

One of the core reason is: anonymous, do not track, not regulated digital currency will make form a closed loop technology crime, money laundering and terrorist, and disappear from unsolved bits, bytes, while the impact damage with each person in this world.

If every penny of extortion is tracked, is there enough motivation and courage to launch a WannaCry to attack the world?

We don't need to regulate digital currency, it regulates itself. Anything beyond that is gov or corporations way of attempting to control something that they can never control.

We get used to do our transactions in our current traditional monetary and banking system. If banks and governments cannot control crypto currencies
they don't want them to be used legally by people. So, if everybody use them legally, it'd better to be regulated.

all transanction must be regulated registered as legality of the transanction they made to avoid committed as crime. The law that was followed since bitcoin is not regulated. We have tendency that people are hesitating to do transanction because of that situations.

The choice is clear; either we want a truly decentralized system or we want a regulated one. We can't have them both!

Without regulation, volatility will always be at the core of the system. Some people like volatility it because it's a way to make money, others hate it because it can also cause major losses.

Regulation might be a good idea but will violate the cypherpunks' major tenet; to create a system out of Big Brother's reach...

Your opinion is on point, but we only get to get it done, once Bitcoin becomes global currency which will be easier, rather than regulate from part to part. How do you think?

This is the reason why a fully anonymous coin will not really go mainstream. It cannot be allowed by the governments. Part of the responsibility of the government is to see to it that there are no frauds, terrorism, crimes, and so on that are making other people suffer. And if digital currency will become a tool for these criminals, the governments will have no other course of action but to regulate them.

Digital currencies have changed a lot, digital currencies do need to be organized so as not to happen for abuse by criminals, and with those rules will make the user feel comfortable.

A well-drafted regulation will do that provided that the implementors are good in implementing that regulation. This regulation should protect the holders and investors of the cryptocurrencies from scams or any illegal uses. Some governments resulted to banning the bitcoin because they are still looking for an effective ways to monitor the transactions of cryptocurrencies in the exchanges and find if there are any transactions that violates the laws.

It's important that we need to regulate digital money to protect our money and avoid abuse of some bad people w or criminals.Though this we can also protect  the investor from scam and i think being regulated of digital money will make us or the investor feel safety in terms of investment..

we don't have to control cryptographic forms of money however directions can be likewise useful with the selection and development of them or they can be prohibitive and even keep the appropriation by and large. at last it will come down to what they are directing and how. for instance on the off chance that it is direction of trades and on the off chance that it prompts a more secure place where individuals can exchange with less hazard that would be something to be thankful for.

I think why we need to regulate digital money so that no one will abuse due to its fluctuatio and also its very helpful to countries because through regulation government can earn money by collecting taxes on cyptocurrency transactions.

I think that ordinary users do not need to regulate the cryptocurrency, but they come to the direct function of banks, so many government agencies just want to settle this issue. The matter concerns the fact that cryptocurrencies do not have a regulatory center, and no one can control them, even the creators of the blocking technology (example with bitcoin: impossibility to change the number of coins being issued).

I think that's true, bitcoin does not need to be set, but price movements need to be set, because the price is very in the fear by the users crypto

perhaps because of fluctuating price movements should be able to save and manage the money we have, a great opportunity for us to manage our finances.

lets be positive in the regulations because many of the people who is new on the market and those who are just aspiring to invest and use the digital currencies are not very knowledgeable to the in depths and not familiar to the dangers in which some people they may fall and become victims of some scams and malicious investments so larger regulating bodies like the government are always warning and keeping newbies in the market at bay to prevent such losses.
