Well we don't need to regulate the crypto markets completely. We only need little regulatory over watch because without it the scammers and hackers are going to become fearless. The crypto market is already going through so many hacking attempts and without any regulation there is going to be chaos.

I agree with you completely! Anonymity is not always good and is often used by those who want to escape justice. I see nothing wrong with controlling the cryptocurrency government.

because a good system will produce good output too, but I think to regulate digital money takes a long time because cash system in different countries. all can not take for granted the existence of digital money as assessed will weaken the country's own currency. it is possible for the early stages the government can adopt the digital money system and use it to make digital currencies based on regular currencies.

For today in the United States there is no uniform approach to regulation кpиптoвaлют. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) warned investors about the risks associated with investing in the digital currency, banned some ICO and hinted at the need for a more ambitious regulation of the currency.

Everything that goes out from under control can easily create a chaos and disorder, so this is the way how things are working in our world you need to regulate and take care of them, otherwise they will regulate you.

Digital currency is to change the world, many of which were positive, to a certain extent, they pose a containment of the government, gave the people an alternative, but that doesn't mean they don't need to be regulated.

One of the core reason is: anonymous, do not track, not regulated digital currency will make form a closed loop technology crime, money laundering and terrorist, and disappear from unsolved bits, bytes, while the impact damage with each person in this world.

If every penny of extortion is tracked, is there enough motivation and courage to launch a WannaCry to attack the world?

Since the dawn of time and normal trades such as the basic and simple one – bartering of products; up to the development of new civilization  to the new age of technology where we invest and get money out of digital form which will then be converted into fiat currency. The very interesting here is the process of creating and controlling digital money which involves system coding and implementing system works. The need to regulate is the same with fiat currency – this is to avoid inflation and deflation in the cryptos. The effect will be close to less value of a digital money (such as BTC). If this will not be regulated properly then it would result in lowering of its value in the market.

It's always the same shit. People do something incredible and then somebody comes and cry - regulate, I am afraid.

How much time will it take to understand that "regulated" means "controlled". And "controlled" means "belongs to someone else". And these someones are not wise wizards from fairy tales. They are people. As people they may be idiotic, corrupt, selfish, even criminal by their nature. And they have right to declare everyone they don't like terrorists, criminals and money launderers. Even now in 21th century there are much more jurisdictions on the Earth that you can't trust than the others.

The biggest invention of Nakamoto was finding a way to keep thieving bastards away from people's wallets. With crypto not only your thoughts$ your money too belong to you, not some G-man slaver that thinks you are his property.

Yes for sure, Digital money has become the new money in the modern world and its definitely the high time to regulate it. It is because it has got a lot advantages like easier transactions, tracking becomes easy, time saving, low commision on transaction, reduced risk of loss and theft, user convenience and many more underlying benefits.

It can not be denied if bitcoin is better managed by the official party all inclusive. On the off chance that bitcoins are set all around then bitcoin costs will be more steady, bitcoin advertise costs are never again influenced by request and supply of bitcoin so bitcoin has a lower danger of being controlled. I unequivocally concur if bitcoins are set comprehensively so bitcoin has a lower hazard to be utilized for wrongdoing exchanges. On the off chance that the bitcoin is set then the individual utilizing bitcoin for the wrongdoing exchange will be all the more effortlessly known.

Some governments are trying to regulate the bitcoin or the crypto currency since they do not have any control over it but practically it will not be possible to control it since it can be operated world wide so no body can intervene in between the strong net work systems .Its all transactions are recorded in the electronic ledger with the block chain technology. The block chain technology consists of a strong security systems and nobody can alter it and hence its clarity is ensured..So no need of further regulation over it.

I think we don't need to regulated the digital money or can be known as cryptocurrency. Because, the initial goal to make crypto is to serve people more reedom and fairness in financial system, and this goal will be reached if we used the decentralized system, that having no regulation at all.

The digital currency needs to be regulated, but it also needs to be done carefully, so as not to harm its basic principles. That is a very difficult question. On the one hand, we see that the Crypto currency is not yet perfect, it has many drawbacks, on the other hand, its regulation can lead to the fact that the advantages it gives us will disappear.
In my opinion, it is necessary to preserve its decentralization and at least relative anonymity. While there is a big problem with the volatility of the crypto currency. If it is maintained, the crypto currency can only be used along with centralized money. So I think the rules of circulation of crypto currency in the society, can and should be subjects to be regulated.

We need to regulate digital currency cause it's fairly new and it still needs some rules to hold it in place. Its for the better of the public and the society. This also means that the government is ready to accept digital currency. Making regulations is just there for digital currency to fit in the society and in the norm.Regulating the digital currency to its core would not be the best option.
What i meant here is that regulating how its formed, how much needs to be made, in what order, and location specific and the pricing. Not everything needs to be controlled and checked. What certainly can be tweeked in the existantial system is the way to track a transaction, may be only if needed though.

I think many people don’t enter the world of cryptocurrencies precisely because it is unregulated. As it is not recognized by government, they don’t trust it. To achieve global acceptance of crypto, it must be legal and regulated, so people would use it without any fear. Regulations secure crypto users from possible frauds and scams. Non-regulation of cryptocurrency also gives its opponents an excuse to call it “fraud”, “bubble”, “perfect technology for laundering money” — and, without regulation, crypto is really more vulnerable to the above-mentioned issues.

Of course we need to be mindful of placing some regulations on Cryptocurrency. As time goes by more and more Crypto's are being launched and Blockchain Technology is being widely used all over the world and we know that we can earn from this. We need to at least regulate some prices because if we do not do that, the world will be over populated with unused Cryptocurrencies that has no value and would be call junk and this is what some Crypto Enthusiasts are trying to avoid and not do. They are avoiding to fail their proposed projects because they believe it might do something fruitful in the future.

I agree with what you are trying to say, but it's also one factor that will help the digital currency grow and you think it will lead to mass adoption and avoid higher risks among users. We all know that there are many criminals using crypto as a cloak for their illegal activities. And an undisclosed identity is a good thing in terms of security but when necessary, as it may be in case of crime, extortion and laundering of cases, this is what stops the investigation to proceed.. Bitcoin contributes to the major part of innovation in terms of technological capability. As the innovators continue to improve it more, it became more useful and famous on the society. With that, it is highly recommended to make it more secured and protected.

Bitcoin must be regulated to eliminate those cybercrimes which can destroy cryptocurrencies. Furthermore, majority of the people are capable of using internet. Therefore, it is more vulnerable for illegal purposes.

Be careful. Cheesy
