I think that regulating digital money is the best way to control everything for the government. i don't think that traders want that btc is regulated, to my mind, it is better to get btc and hold it for the long-term without any regulation

I think I like Your opinion it is seriously onpoint, but we only get to get it done, once Bitcoin is accepted by every part of the world and becomes global currency which will make it easier, rather than regulate from part to part.

The regulation is not an issue to bitcoin in fact it is a good  move for a government to embrace cryptocurrency by regulating the exchange for crypto. As we all know for those crypto lovers that cryptocurrency is an opportunity for us to earn more just like gambling in the casino which is being regulated also by the government. But cryptocurrency if compared to casino is better because earning profit is not that difficult in a simpler way of holding and selling crypto.

I agree with you. It's true that there are a lot of negative news in the encrypted world today, and these negative news can be well controlled if moderately regulated.

We all might want our assets to be safe and have a system that is truly protected, regulations must be exist in cryptocurrency because the assets of tokens, wallets and trading that we have need protection because of the many risks from cyber attacks, it is necessary to make high standardization so that the level of security in the crypto world must also be increased.
Applications such as KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti Money Laundring) will help overcome criminal acts using crypto. but there needs to be a lot of review even though in the crypto world nothing can be hidden, all transactions are recorded in the ledger, and will make it easier to track the source of the transaction. rules or regulations for crypto that bring legitimacy or legal quality based on the acceptance of decisions in court need interference from the government which makes it safer than cyber criminals..
many people have said that and not the best solution to the problem of anonymous digital money. AML and KYC are based on market activities in each country, but when there are lots of transactions outside the country are AML and KYC effective? in my opinion, there must be a consortium throughout the country to solve the problem.

Unfortunately, cryptocurrencies are getting too big for regulators to ignore much longer.

Digital currency is to change the world, many of which were positive, to a certain extent, they pose a containment of the government, gave the people an alternative, but that doesn't mean they don't need to be regulated.

One of the core reason is: anonymous, do not track, not regulated digital currency will make form a closed loop technology crime, money laundering and terrorist, and disappear from unsolved bits, bytes, while the impact damage with each person in this world.

If every penny of extortion is tracked, is there enough motivation and courage to launch a WannaCry to attack the world?
Yes, regulation is definitely needed. As there are no laws and regulations in the crypto market, anyone can open an ICO just to rob the investors off their money. Day by day scams are increasing. And there is no one who can look over this entire issue. Under such circumstances regulation is the need of the hour. This can also guarantee the minimum value of the cryptocurrencies.

We want to alter the number of ICO's being proposed by means of corporations and provide lots more stricter rules to avoid customers from losing most in their money on scams and frauds. With whats taking place inside the marketplace now, it is ideal if this elements be regulated and controllesld as a result.

There is a possibility that digital money is used for illegal activities. For this reason, the government has actively prevented the use of digital money for the purpose of money laundering and terrorism financing. However, arrangements are still needed for the entity and more for activities, such as who does what, where they get a license and are supervised.

Digital currencies have changed a lot, digital currencies do need to be organized so as not to happen for abuse by criminals, and with those rules will make the user feel comfortable.
I agree, there are still possibilities that crypto can be used in illegal things. I do believe that it is good when we can transact anonymously but on the other side of it, it is more good that this powerful and precious creation will used on its real purpose.

I aggree that crypto currency should be regulated in most countries since the population is continuously increasing and the market is gradually expanding. Crypto is used in almost anything these days and by anything, it can be used in illegal activities since people know that they are anonymous and they are basically untouchable since no one knows who they are. Although it may not be beneficial to most people, it is what we all needed to ensure everyone is safe and everyone is playing fair.

I think we need a centralized regulatory body or several bodies that has an international reach to minimize corruption, scams that happens on the cryptocurrency world! In the long run it will be good for everyone. This sort of plan has to be in motion, until Humans cultivate better qualities about other human beings ...

Crypto currency can not exist outside the territory of specific states. States, in turn, can not for a long time not notice that digital money of great value does not belong to any state on their territory. Therefore, states are compelled to regulate its circulation and it is necessary to reconcile with this. Moreover, such a process of regulation is necessary and the crypto currency itself. In order for her to legally walk and have protection of the state, such regulation is necessary for her.

I think if all digital currencies will be regulated, then there will be demand more, but the price will be about the same, because there will not be such sharp falls and take-offs and this will lead to stability. I think it's better to let digital currencies be regulated and give us a stable income than what is happening now, every second digital currency is a scam in the best case.

I think the digital currency has really helped the society for tho who follow it tho. It has realy helped change the perspective of some and pushed some higher than were they are. Brought about balance among the classes of people in the society. But the digital world need to orginzed to still remain relevant in the society.

Hello!!!
Digital currency is to change the world, many of which were positive, to a certain extent, they pose a containment of the government, gave the people an alternative, but that doesn't mean they don't need to be regulated. As long as powerful governments exist (which they certainly will in the short to medium term, and most likely will in the long term), regulation is pretty much inevitable.

It's important for them to regulate it so that they can monitor what taxes people are paying, since many Bitcoin users seem to avoid it.  It's also important for them to try and prevent illegal activity by monitoring exchange!!!

I agree, with digital money there are many advantages, it is not easy to be damaged, and cannot be torn, and is safer if there is where you are. if all people in the world use digital money banknotes will spend less.

Actually, what needs to be regulated is from the regulation of cryptocurency from each country, if every country can regulate cryptocurency regulation properly, then I think misuse of digital currencies can be minimized.
