Wondering about this as well. We seem to be pretty late for the monthly recap now...

November Metrics and Financials below.

Monthly Metrics: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AmSWZWkGJ1V3dFpxZHVTN0x6ZldUeHRteWdBd1pMNXc#gid=16

P&L - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1mFzQOuJ-8hBI8ftH75EEhRkcpLh8NbJMJPOoKhK17Yo

Sportsbook:                                      +8.9751 btc
HTML5 Casino:                                  +10.9724 btc
Bit777/ PeerBet (CBTC Share):           +3.0931 btc

Overall Month: +23.0906

Noteworthy callouts
Overall, a pretty good month, in fact it was our best month revenue-wise since March of this year!

The PeerBet sale is still pending the finalization of arrangements with the purchasing group. More detail will be shared upon the closure of the deal.

The Sportsbook had its best month of 2015; however, volume is still low YoY though and continues to be a real opportunity into next year.  College and Pro Basketball are helping keep players interested throughout the week, but Soccer and NFL dominate the weekends and give us 85% of our Sportsbook handle nowadays. There is a clear necessity to reinvest in the development of the Sportsbook in 2016 to compete with the leaders in the industry and earn market share from them.

The Casino also had nice action, with our VIP program helping bring back repeat players. We have minor improvements, and a new feature, in Blackjack which we anticipate to rollout in January 2016.

Our main monthly expense, which we still believe gives us the best ROI, is our partnership with our SEO firm. They have been putting out fantastic content across the web, and it has been paying off  as we see a lift in organic traffic WoW. As we head into 2016, we will reevaluate our position on paid advertising and its impact, especially as it relates to advertising on BitcoinTalk.org and other Bitcoin forums.

Very nice! I hope soon enough we'll be able to get some dividends so the price of CBTC stock will rise again, Sad.

Do you have a watermark of sorts to help decide when dividends will be paid? Mostly to help track progress to that point.

Not quite at the moment, but definitely something we will figure out in 2016 now that things have at least been somewhat steady (knock on wood)

Has the sale of peer bet happened yet? Or do you anticipate it to happen by the end of the year? Last Q3 you said the profit wasn't enough to issue a dividend even though you were in the black. At what income will you offer a dividend? What percent of the company does "Havelock" own? By "Havelock" I mean all of us that have bought shares. How many shares have been issued to them total?

New investor here with just a few questions. Only read the past 4 pages so sorry if all these answers were in earlier parts of the thread!

The sale of Bit777 / Peerbet is still pending, there are 2 different entities interested and we are still working on the best outcome for the players of both sites and the future health of CBTC.

CBTC in its entirety encompasses 30MM units, all of which are "listed" on Havelock for transparency and proper distribution of dividends. Management / Ownership hold over 75% of these units, but do not execute any sells of these units due to (a) lack of liquidity in the order book and (b) the price is entirely way too low.

We can't speak to dividend information as the month, and quarter, aren't over yet. I can assure you our main goal is for the long-term value and health of CBTC, not short-term gains.

Did you ever get the sportsbook situation fixed? Or are you still taking 100% profit/loss on sports?

Currently we manage the risk, but are still looking for other solutions as that's our only opportunity to take on larger bets, offer more options, and compete with the 2 or 3 other main players in this niche.

Is CasinoBitco ever planning on hosting poker? Just wondering, imo it would be a great addition since it seems like a lot of the biggest gaming sites in history have offered poker as well.  Huh

We hope that all unit holders had a great holiday season with their families, and an overall solid 2015!

2015 was no doubt a difficult year for us as we suffered big losses early in the year and were just never able to recover without a true Sportsbook solution in place. We remain optimistic that we've done a lot of the "right things" in the latter half of 2015 which will help position us better in 2016. This includes cutting development expenses, rebranding the site to BitcoinRush.io, enhancing the site to have a responsive design, limiting large losses in the Sportsbook, and introducing our automated comp program. We are also still confident that the bitcoin gaming sector is a very lucrative opportunity for us considering our solid brand, reputation and tenure in this space.

We still have some low-hanging fruit which can help us in important areas like Customer Satisfaction and Player Retention. These include improvements to Customer Service (Live Chat) and Brand Awareness (Timed e-mails to explain the benefits of BitcoinRush.io over the competition).  And as mentioned in the past, our other two large opportunities for us in 2016 still include a better, no-risk, Sportsbook Solution, and improvements to SEO and Marketing. Noteworthy, we are actively working with private groups and individuals on partnership opportunities to help cover the costs for these items in exchange for ownership's equity.

Last, as mentioned previously, we are extremely close to selling PeerBet and Bit777, but no details to report out yet.  The holidays slowed down momentum as key individuals necessary for the negotiations were pretty much on leave for 2 weeks; however, we remain committed to closing this deal as our #1 priority.
