Well I've realized that being a shareholder in a casino sure makes it easy to convince yourself to gamble - I can't lose!  Grin

I'm digging the NFL Squares for the Superbowl. I wish there was another .01 board still open. The graphics here could be a lot better/more interesting. Why not have avatars for people or something. Otherwise very nice job on the site! This stock seems so undervalued to me!! Huh

&Why isn't there 2-factor authentication yet?

Great idea for Avatars - we hope to grow the social/community aspects of the site in this way!

I like the selection of MMA fights.

Will you add props, over/unders and parlays?

Some of these will be on the way over the next few weeks - Parlays for sure!

i'm really worried about the sports book, especially if your lines arent from pinnacle.

because the sharks are entering bitcoin and finding out that they can bet anonymously.

Why is the spreadsheet not publicly available anymore? It was so good and easy to follow your progress with it

I think Monero (XMR) is very interesting.

Great!

Also, how much of the profits are saved to increase the bankroll. I think it would be great if the casino could offer higher limits.

I think Monero (XMR) is very interesting.

This is a good point. Where are our odds even coming from? What prevents people from opening multiple accounts to get around the limits if they knew something the rest of us didn't?

Yes, still the biggest concern here. The sportsbook is still down quite a lot. Have been recovering quite a bit since the all time low.

Nothing I'm aware of - he can shoot me a PM, or email support [at] casinobitco.in to help out though!

Agreed 100% - we found this out early on -  and it's my suspicion some of the other books are suffering sharp losses lately. I can say the sharpest of sharp non-bitcoiner professional sports gamblers are now in the mix.

However, we're working hard to counteract sharp players and have responsible dynamic limits.

I can say our lines are very sharp - and we prefer to be as different from the other books as possible - thus the non-Pinnacle lines in some cases.

The expectation currently is a 2% ROI on sports.

Limiting "winners" is NOT a good idea.  Anyone who understand variance knows that if you have 1000 bettors -- a certain percentage will appear to be "winners".  If you limit them, they can leave... create negative press (CasinoBitco.in DOESN'T WANT WINNERS)... and take their winnings somewhere else where they will eventually LOSE back their "winnings".

Estimates are that 1% of gamblers are long term winners (Solid data coming from friends who have worked in sportsbooks for years).

CasinoBitco.in hasn't been business for more than a few months and they are already "capping" winners?  This is ridiculous.  95% of who they think are "winners" are probably just having a good run.  They are kicking the "profits out" by limiting them from my experience in the industry.

People here have mentioned "Pinnacle".  They are the KINGS because they don't limit "winners".  They use "winners" to sharpen their lines.  And a lot of "pro wannabe gamblers" just won't play in a site that "limits winners" -- they want to feel like they can just keep on winning.

Will a few sharps get in there?  Sure... But will the sharps consistently win over time?  Very, VERY rare.  And if they do it's part of the game.

The bitcoin book that models Pinnacle will win.  Anything else will go to the grave.

I have read most of this thread and I agree -- Limiting bets is absolutely crucial.

Limiting bets is vital for any casino.  Limiting or kicking out "winners" is a short-sighted death sentence IMO.

And I've very familiar with Kelly criterion and it's importance.

I'm very impressed and hopeful for CBTC's long term success.

Do you know what the estimated ROI is for other sites? 2% seems a little low for something with such massive swings up and down.

Most sportsbooks make 5-10% profit over time -- the exception is Pinnacle which has higher volume and sharper lines.  I hear they make 3-5%.

This may have been asked before.
Are there any plans on including any Olympic games into the sportsbook? Hockey?
