I think No, bitcoin fever will not come back again, but otherwise crypto madness will continue. Bitcoin technology is built and based on not being sufficient to achieve its own goals. In addition, other crypto aims and some manage to solve larger problems. Crypto will become bigger but bitcoin (unless finding the solution for its own limitation) will not return. Ethereum fever in the near future is more likely to occur.

I had similar misconception when the value of Ripple shoot to almost 20x but later realised everything depends on the value of bitcoin and of there is a major pumo in the value of Bitcoin only then altcoins can grow.

We see it every year - pump in december and dump it from february to may. From may to august - flat market, after this small pump and dump. BTC
Altcoins prices follow bitcoin trend.

I hope it will coming back because I saw the price at coinmarketcap that bitcoin price was increasing 1 hour ago, and this is a good news for us, to bring back the bounce to up so we will get more and more benefit in the future. So lets always spread the good news about it.
