I think the more appropriate word here is not dangerous but risky mate. Dangerous, I think, would be too harsh of a word when pertaining to a business venture because it's not like you put yourself at harm by doing it. Most of ICO s are doing really bad movements and these are the main problem for crypto industry.

Crypto is not at all dangerous if you know what you are doing, the only thing against which its dangerous is the centralised world, most probably towards those centralised bank. These centralised institutions doesn't want anything to be disrupted by the decentralised world that's why they are trying to ban crypto.
