Depends on what you mean by dangerous. Is someone killed for using crypro? Are families becoming homeless and starving? Are children being sold into trafficking? If so then pretty much every government on earth is dangerous. Most countries ban it because they don't understand it and some ban it because they feel threatened and fear their power undermined like in Venezuela. Crypto just gives more financial freedom than any banks. Simple as that. Yes you can avoid taxes initially that's why countries ban them but its still fine, once they figure out how to get people to pay up they will make peace with it and mainstream it.
