I've also added all working PXC pools to the OP. Let me know if I've missed any.

Yep you forgot the zpool.ca, this kind of multipools dump the altcoins for BTC, but you can be paid also to Phoenixcoin and dump all the other altcoins.

edit: zpool have remove Phoenixcoin it was only for one day.

Developers seem to have no new activities for a long time. They don't know what is going on, and it's probably already a lost project.

1) The number of pools increases + hashrate + complexity.
https://www.coinwarz.com/network-hashrate-charts/phoenixcoin-network-hashrate-chart

2) A small number of coins are 98 million.
http://phoenixcoin.org/index.html

ghostlander, where can i find roadmap?

Why do people keep asking about this thing? I cba to make it. I have a list of priorities instead.

If anyone wants to contribute, there is work for you. After all, Phoenixcoin is a community project. It isn't about big instant profits. I don't do ICO scams.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=330956.680

4) I believe in this coin, but it takes time!

Sorry for my bad english
Hope that you are right, fella. I mean my hope is that at higher difficulties, the coin's price will move up to higher prices, correspondently.

Haha, you probably have no idea who's the dev and what are his activities. This coin gonna hit 5 years in two months and it still works.

3 out of 66 and even those don't seem credible.

The block explorer for the site has a limit to the number of transactions. Is it possible to make it possible to have no limit?

Cryptopia is having no connections, it is impossible to withdraw coins from there. Also, my local wallet is connecting to just a few nodes at best.  Huh

Listen, my friend. This is going to be very hard to comprehend but none of what you are seeing is real.

when the mobile wallet will come out when the stock market enters?

The Android wallet comes out when I decrease memory usage. Most people cannot afford an app consuming over 1Gb of memory on their phones. Yes, it has to be a fully featured wallet. No, I'm not going to do a SPV wallet.
