Any idea/experiences how long the redemption process takes? I sent my coins about 24 hrs ago. The PacCoin blog says that it's ok now to send less than a masternode.

You should read this regarding staking.

The key sentence is:
Quote
Older and larger sets of coins have a greater probability of signing the next block.

Therefore, if someone has more coins, he has a higher probability to earn stake reward.

What will happen to the PAC in Cryptopia? They will not let us withdraw our coins.
Cryptopia will exchange old for new $PAC coins.

Is there any link of the official statement of cryptopia about the PAC exchange that you said?

I've got the following mail from Cryptopia regarding PAC today:

Dear Cryptopia Users,

You are receiving this email because you currently have a non-zero PACcoin balance or you have generated a PACcoin deposit address for your wallet.

Over the past month Cryptopia and the $PAC team have been working together to facilitate the PACcoin to $PAC RCO (Redemption Coin Offering). The original PACcoin has been completely reworked. This includes an algorithm change from SHA256 to X11 and a total supply reduction from 100 billion to 3.5 billion in circulation. As a result of these changes a hard fork will occur on March 1st.

More information about these changes can be found here: http://download.paccoin.net/PAC_White_Paper_2018_Final.pdf

Here’s how the swap is going to work:

• We will be halting the PAC/BTC market sometime in the next few days. If you haven’t cancelled any open orders by the time this happens then we will cancel them for you

• The old wallet will be decommissioned and replaced with the new $PAC wallet. While this is in progress we will be disabling deposits and withdrawals. Please DO NOT send any PACcoin to your Cryptopia wallet effective immediately.

• Any confirmed balance of PACcoin you have on Cryptopia will be swapped 1000:1 or 1000 current PACcoins for 1 new $PAC on the new blockchain.

• The new $PAC will be listed on Cryptopia once we have completed the balance transfers.

Thank you for your continued support!

The Cryptopia team

Hello everybody. I have coins on https://yobit.net. What do I need to do with my old coins? The exchange will replace them with new coins? Or how best to do? Or do you need to transfer your old coins to Cryptopia? Thanks for the answer.

Hello Oleskii,

Or do you need to transfer your old coins to Cryptopia?

As mentioned in the letter from Cryptopia. They ask NOT TO SEND Pacoin to their wallet.
By the way it is currently on maintenance

I have coins on https://yobit.net. What do I need to do with my old coins? The exchange will replace them with new coins?

According to PACoin twitter, yobit will not replace them for new ones

Or how best to do?

Here's a redemption step-by-step guide for old PACcoins https://paccoin.net/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/Fork_Redemption_Guide.pdf

I will follow that redepmtion guide myself to transfer my PACoins to my Windows wallet.

Hello, I am quite new here, I want to know the major benefits of participation in your ICO?

If you are new, you better stay away from this ICO/RCO. But you can earn from monthly POS/ coin shaking if you are a master node holder. Other than that, nothing special.

@Raphadreamm You should read several pages of recent messages in this topic, and then ask a question. The same questions are being asked over and over again.
