Hello Block, I noticed some error on hard cap of this project, According to the OP, Hard cap is set to 130,000,000 of ETH while when I compute using max supply of 730,300,00GMA multiply by the base price of 0.13$ then you will get 94,939,000$ which will equivalent to 184,347ETH considering the current price of 515$ per ETH.

Is the hard cap is fixed because it may varies since the base price for each token is in USD while hard cap is set in ETH which we all know that ETH value is very volatile. It might create some problem in the future during ICO.

 Thanks for pointing this out. Let me be clear - the hardcap is 175,000 ETH
As we've listed in our allocation, approximately 20% percent of our tokens will not be sold but rather rendered to early investors who will be bound to a lockup period.  In addition, another 3% is reserved for advisors and for bounty participants. So, we should be ok especially in light of the fact that the value of the coin will be in higher demand as we begin paying out royalties to token holders. Hopefully that makes sense to everyone.
