I was One of the frequent Gambler of their Sportsbook but now i feel proud that i switched to directbet and i am happy there, because of their Unresponsive nature and Bad support.
They once Took a small amount of mine as a lost ~0.8 BTC moreover the same type of stuffs happened with Directbet but they provided me with support and changed accordingly , even the bet that time was higher than cloudbet ~1.4BTC.
I think Cloudbet should re-innovate their thoughts about the business.
It is not always Money-Money their is something called Reputation also.

a lot of basketball markets disappeared some days ago (at least 4 handicap/total markets )
When will you offer them again?
and as i can see your new margin on handball changed from 105% (1.9 - 1.9) to 107% (1.87 - 1. 87)
you are on the way from bad to worse

I love this site very much, although I withdrew 18.2 BTC from here, I just waited for 1 hour, and the payment is done, nice US Open journey here, I was down 9btc here and finally I was up 3btc here, what an amazing gambling experience here. I am a crazy gambler, I should be allin with my 18btc on djokovic when the odds over 1.8, but I miss the best chance to earn big!!!  |

In regards to loyalty pointy redemption, how often do you redeem and add the BTC to peoples accounts?
I do see some transactions it in my wallet, sometimes I see a dozen mini-deposits in a day, then nothing for days. It does not seem to correlate time wise to my play in any way. There seems to be no way to track what is being added as you leave the loyalty points intact. How can a person tell if his points are redeemed correctly?
This is my 3rd post asking the same question.
