Ha. Cloudbet can continue to accept deposits and wagers today but can't process a wager from 20 hours ago or a withdrawal.

Will Cloudbet compensate affected users? I doubt it but will wait to see their response.

Dude youre not the only one having the same issue every one who got bets recently does too even i, but cloudbet already mentioned that they are aready of it just give them time to fix it.

I am not the only one? No way! What does that have to do with the fact they can accept deposits, accept wagers and process them instantly but can't grade a wager from before the server attack? It shouldn't take 20+ hours to fix a grading issue. The fact they are grading other events as soon as they finish is the frustrating part.

I am in the same situation. Still a pending (live) bet from last night NBA games from spurs and cavs. Its better we give Cloudbet the time they specified (as that time is almost expired) to make things right.

All bets that were ungraded during our ISP outage at the weekend have now been graded. Thanks for your patience and understanding in the matter, and apologies again for any inconvenience caused.

We receive all event results from a third party data vendor, but did not receive any during the outage. For that reason, when we were back online, new bets were graded fine, but we needed our data vendor to re-send us results that we missed, which is why we were able to grade new bets even as some older bets were ungraded.

cloudbet live betting is suxx, unfair
if you want to place a bet then you have to wait at least 5 secounds, this is common
but if the price is going down at this time then your bet will be refused, but
if the price is going up your bet will be accepted at the lower price

i tried to place a bet at 1.75
i was waiting for the bet accepted ,  i can see that the page refresed and the price was 2.0 but
cloudbet accepted my bet at 1.75

did u choose "accept best odds" option? i remember you can set it, and i think maybe after u placed the bets, the odds became better, which means it was not higher when u bet.

Cloudbet should make available this option
if not then they should refuse the bet and allow the user the repalce its bet at the higher price
this behavior that they accept the bet at the lower price while the price is much more  is unfair

Cloudbet will you change this unfair behavior that you reject the bet if the odds moving against you but you accept it if the odds moving to your favor ? (and you accept it on the unfair earlier price and not the updated better price)?

At least cloudbet have to handle them the same way. cloudbet have to reject the bet if the odds moving and not the same (5 seconds later) between bet placement (cliciking) and the bet acceptance.
