Hi Cloudbet I can't get been betting Betting was going to get to the games in the picture but it was officially stopped moments site progress. Freezing when I try and I'm taking bets bets all of them. When do you intend to find the cure? Frankly, happens all the time.



If you look at the example I attached picture minutes if understandable.





its been a week live bet sometimes get freeze.. and now web is down i hope they fix it. and please dont take a long time..

It's not often I'm already experiencing this problem every day, 1-day event with so happens I missed crucial matches. In the past I have not encountered such a situation. Search for a situation where we can say that the last 1 month.

I had the bet being pending twice, One for around 1 BTC and the other for 0.08 BTC... I had to wait for more than 48 hours both of these times and therefore wasn't satisfied at all, I got paid though. To be honest most of the bets that are not interrupted or have some issue in coverage are graded instantly and probably automatically and that's probably why bets requiring manual grading are rare and need time.

Yeah but when I go to my pending bets, I can click on each game and it goes to that games page.  It shows that the game is over and my team won.  If their system says the game is over and my team won, why doesn't the parlay automatically grade. Also, I'm not an expert but can't they manually go in and either grade the wager as a win or update the correct scores.  They are MLB games after all, so it's not like the scores are hard to find:  http://m.mlb.com/scoreboard#date=09/20/2016

And finally, I was watching the games and there were no interruptions or anything like that.  The games continued as planned until they finished.  Hopefully the bet is graded today...I really don't want to wait a week to settle a bet.

Most of my bets are paid within a couple of minutes.  My parlay was finally paid, but after ~25 hours.  I think it is just the parlays that are slow to pay (I placed a bunch of single bets and in-game bets two days ago that were fine).  Anyways, I got my coins so they aren't a scam...it is a bit disappointing though waiting so long.

Also, the payout was, as always, instant.  It was just grading the bet that took so long.

Yep, they are always paying slowly, sometimes big payment is very quick, but sometimes everything is very slow.

They hadn't graded it for something like 20 hours. I sent them an e-mail and they graded it some hours later.

Now there is a different problem. They graded it as "PUSH" although the match ended 3-0, so it is a "WIN".

I sent them an e-mail, said they forwarded my request to the sportsbook team (which is probably an automated response with anything sportsbook-related) and haven't heard of them for more than a day now.

VERY unprofessional.

I have seen TOO MANY posts with WRONG graded bets from Cloudbet. My guess is that sometimes they intentionally grade bets wrong and hope people won't notice. Pathetic.


PS: @Cloudbet: I will change this post if you can prove me wrong.

Plenty of such errors we have seen before, I think they intentionally do it, if people didn't check that, they earn money from the shady tricks.

Thanks for your message.

Your bet on Stallion FC vs Forza FC (Under 3.75) was graded as a push because the game was never officially started. StallionFC were awarded the win by default.

According to our sportsbook rules for soccer, which can be found here: https://www.cloudbet.com/en/sportsbook_rules

They have become this big and have crashed and burned so fast and other casinos have noticed and have taken the initutive to take on their customers.

Face it, you are done here Cloudbet. Your site is dying a slow and painful death with the way your support team have failed to deliver in the last month.
You should fire them all and start over again if you want your site to survive past the end of the year.

I was a high rolling gambling because I spend $30,000 there in the past year but not anymore is coming from me to fund this site as I see it is just like throwing my money down the toilet for their support and even their third party live play casino in central america is very poor in service and quality  They both do not care about the ones who actually pay their employement so no more, from me start as of today! Angry
I would suggest to others to do the same and move on to other ones that actually are greatful and appreciates you as the customer and doesn't hand you phoney and fake excuses like they do!

I would say trying to help people within a 24 hour window would Be a great start. I personally waited 9 days for a bet to settle. Like everyone told you coustomer support is key, not just a email sayin hi we are working on it, if you are not really working on my problem Sad , hope you get some other feedback not just mine, good Luck take care
