ya as i mentioned in the other betcloud thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=523122.0 you guys should have disabled the deposit button if you KNEW you were having problems! Just because of how you guys conducted your businesses I am very hesitant to even use your service again as this has happened for the second time! I can understand things breaking but for not having an email support team to keep us up to date really got me thinking you guys were in it to scam it. If I wasn't a bitcoin enthusiast what would I do? Good thing I have found this thread:

Once we realised that the issue would take longer to be resolved, we sent an email to our players. We also posted a message to our website yesterday during the initial outage.

The current situation is we need to migrate away from blockchain.info services as the issues arise at their end. We have had our entire technical team working around the clock to have this completed as soon as possible, and we are now only a few hours away.

We will be making an offer of some kind to players affected.

Please bare with us while we complete these fixes, and please do not hesitate to ask if there is anything we can help with.

We have deployed some new services so are much less reliant on Blockchain.info. We will be moving off them entirely, but for now, deposits have resumed and are being processed quickly.

Don't know if they are, but grade 1st half bets during halftime please. I have one currently placed for a friend and the game is at halftime and should be graded a winner. I am a bookie in real life (charge a 1% vig) and I need a book that will grade events as quick as possible for those in my life that have an itch to bet, whenever and on whatever.

We can only grade bets from reliable data. The bet you are referring to was a smaller market, so it can sometimes take longer than a few minutes before we receive reliable data.

If you're really worried about your funds, request a withdraw for only 0.0001 fee. Withdraws for me were practically instant (<10 minutes for both withdraws I did).
