Sadly my support request was not resolved as I got a simple "All of your deposits have been credited. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help with." which is unacceptable as I provided transaction ID's which clearly haven't been investigated.
I have reopened the ticket with a screenshot of my Cloudbet transactions which only shows one deposit and links to the two transactions from and to the same addresses on blockchain.info
Clearly two deposits were made and accepted into the blockchain with a bucketload of confirmations but only one was credited - I am very disappointed that my support ticket was closed without resolving the issue and without even checking the transactions I provided.
A wait is understandable but closing tickets without looking over the facts is unacceptable.
Hi AndersAA,
We cycle bitcoin wallet addresses for deposits after each deposit has been made, so each address is only used once.
In your case, the deposit address had been used multiple times - including prior to these two deposits - so our support staff saw that multiple deposits were credited as a result of transfers to that address, all in identical amounts.
If you could send funds to the address you see listed on your account page, this would help avoid these types of issues in the future.
In any case, your deposit has now been credited.
Cheers,
Cloudbet
