If we look at (X) they are quite active right now compared to 6 months ago, but in discord is really2 terrible (some user chatting on there) but not a single "Cloudbet-Team" or at least a moderator chatting on there. I don't know why, X & other social media activity are quite different.
I am not following them on X or Discord therefore you have brought new information to our attention. As for why they are selective about where (or which channel) they remain active and reachable versus the ones they have abandoned, it is another question for the Cloudbet team to clarify for those that are using their platforms and want to communicate with them. Keeping that aside, I suppose their customers should be contacting them via email support if they have issues with their account before chasing them around on social media therefore if they are at least engaging with customers via email it is reassuring.
Well, it seems they at least read the posts here from time to time, or whoever is running their Bitcointalk profile does.
Not replying to the particular allegations though - thats shady. Probably means they either dont wanna touch those topics or got no good defense. Maybe a mix of both. Either way, definitely raises some eyebrows. Time will tell whether they are on the up and up, but radio silence dont exactly inspire confidence.
I absolutely agree, not responding to any (or a specific) allegation is something that they should not be doing as it makes their business look extremely bad. Let us not forget, if they created their forum account to engage with customers and announce/promote their service they should at least remain active in this thread from time to time and that is another basic point they are failing themselves on.
