I sent my BTC at 4:59 EST...still nothing...tried emailing them...nothing....guessing my BTC are most likely gone with the wind.
Well, that's most certainly not an option in my case. Maybe they are taking their sweet time but they should not advertise "instant deposits." Looks like Cloudbet really is a one man show in Europe as one poster suggested...   This happened once before with a deposit w/ cloudbet....finally went in 9 hours later...Nitrogen I've found to be much more reliable but I keep ending up back at Cloudbet cause of their live betting on football. |

To implement a secure in-house bitcoin-deposit system one should at least consult with an experienced specialist. There are lots of dangers if you do not consider this issue seriously. What just happened is that their BTC wallet is empty – all BTC have gone. They keep silence because they do not understand what has happened.

I noticed a hiccup in placing wagers earlier today. Issue would pop up right after selecting my parlay. Would be asked to log in again and got stuck in that loop. Just posting in case any one else ran into that.

Same here, my 0.9 BTC deposit is missing. it is 21h now. almost a day. i wouldn't say it is INSTANT. no reply from support, no care.
And to check if the system works i have deposited 0.04 BTC and that one was funded instantly, so where is my 0.9 ? scam?

Hm... I always got fast answers from cloudbet support. I wouldn't call it a scam yet. Be patient a bit they will answer u . Try resending email . And btw u need to send email from email u used to register account on cloudbet. |

And i had about 12 issues in past 2 months with cloudbet. and they know this. i like cloudbet, but in case they are playing with serious money, they need to make a move and care their customers!

Im not associated with them and i dont know from what email u contacting them, i just told u that coz i know they demand that. I hope they fix ur issues rly soon . I dont think they would scam anybody out of theirs coins, u will get it eventually . Just give them some time . |
