Their software always have been buggy. There are many other bookies with responsive CS and reliable IT infrastructure.

Here's my 10 minute experience of Cloudbet.com
I deposited about 30$ there, just for a couple of hands of their live black jack. Nothing too extravagant (glad it wasn't more). I played a hand and lost, bummer only for 10 (about 0.001 btc). I bet up 30 credits and before I even saw the first card the screen went black. I was still able to type and some people told me to go to support, so I did. I went to support and asked what happened. They said "You have a 17". I said, "Vs?". They replied, "A 20". Now that's not disappointing, and I wouldn't have had a problem if that was the end of the conversation. Here's my problem. I said "Did I have an option" and they replied "No."
So I could imagine this happening again with a 11 vs a dealer 6 or something, and they just making my hand stand. Now hear me out... Nobody would hit a 17 vs anything. I wouldn't have, and I wouldn't have even after the screen went black. I know this. I KNOW THIS. Don't mix my words. The problem is they said that I didn't have an option, nothing at all I could do, even if I was a stupid player and wanted to hit, I wouldn't have been able to.
First visit, 4 hands of black jack. Enjoy the BTC, I won't be putting any back into it =\.
Again, I'm not saying they're not legit, or they're manipulating cards. In fact the disconnect had nothing to do with the cards. It was the fact that if something like this happens, there are (and I quote) "no" options.

Only thing that i dont like about cloudbet is not been able to share my bet slips.
When i win i want to share that betslip atm its only posible to take ss of it.
Would be nice if betslip ID is link so i can copy it and share it .

.I am having an issue on Cloudbet which has not been solved since yesterday....
I requested a cashout around half a bitcoin, and it did not process it and said, the deposit needs confirmations before a withdrawl, and would take half hour, but even after 7-8 hrs, it had not processed, even though deposit was confirmed.
Today in the morning I tried, it processed it, and in the wallet transactions it says failed...
and the amount has been deducted from the account...
Can someone from cloudbet pls help on this..
The support is not replying.

from misgraded bets, to unprocessed deposits, to now failed withdrawals and I expect it may take days to resolve the withdraws. I am not getting a good impression AT ALL of this site. Please get it together Cloudbet or I will be forced to leave.
Oakland A's WON yesterday, not LOST. How do you get this wrong? And how does that take hours to grade and then you get it wrong??
And why does my withdraw say failed? This is really messing with my weekend of betting.

I tried withdrawing my BTC and the transaction says failed, the btc
is disappeared from my balance, haven't appeared in my btc wallet. Its
really. Why i am unable to withdraw my money, where did my btc go? Its
really a bad experience with your site and i don't think i'll ever use
it again please fix this situation asap!
