Happened to me as well. You have to send an email to support@cloudbet.com and they will fix it for you. |

In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

My withdrawal failed as well, but now it stays on pending all the time! Edit: Fixed! And probably the last time I play at this site. In a period of 10 days I played here, about 5-6 issues raised, like cancelled hands, disappearing won bets, payout stucks and arguable support. At the end of the road Cloudbet WILL resolve your problems, but it's just too much hassle and headache for me. Guess I'm just a sucker for the nice lay-out. Will play again when your platform is proven stable. |

the site is a scam I warned you Site have some issues from time to time , but that doesn't mean its scam, they always fix/refund issues . And they have awesome support , so just email them. |

Yeah, but I'm tired of making screenshots of my games all the time, because the lack of system integrity. This is not need to be written. Penalty shootout is not a part of the game in betting. But I hope you will get a push at least. Good luck.
By the way. Cloudbet is shit I have been with them for about 2months and I have had about 20 issues in that time. Hard to believe? Browse back this thread and you'll see my posts where we were talking about how "good" support is. We had our deposit stuck and no reply from support for days. So I steped back finaly and found more trusted book. It is obvious that cloudbet need to improve their support and cashier functionality.

Any day Cloudbet still waiting for you to actually fix my support ticket, like did you even read it? or just credit me 15 credits out of the blue for a random hand of black jack, pay me for that slot win proof is there (150 credits), and pay me for 5 insurance fails on your 2nd black jack table that does not speak English (400+ credits), I also had a lottery win for about (80) credits that did not pay.
That is 630 credits alone!
That is Not even including all the hands that I am about to win, I get blackjack or I get 20, dealer is about to bust and your game just stops, the dealer just stops looks at the camera all weird, stands there for 10 mins, then goes oops sorry plays we have to redeal this hand, legit it was like out of 10 hands, 4 would be redelt if I was about to win.
and what do you do for me, you give me 15 credits back? not even the slot refund, not even the black jack insurance fails because your client sucks refunded? What is wrong with your support staff you should fire them and hire some retarded monkeys they seem like the could do the job better.

Hi boumalo, Unfortunately with all the upsets in the group stage we didn't have anyone make it past the second game of the knockout round. I don't have any figures to hand regarding the biggest bets or the biggest winners on the World Cup, but I can tell you that over the weekend we had one punter hit a 75 BTC jackpot on one of our 3D slots, and another won a similar amount playing live Blackjack.
