Hello,
I made about 60 bids in 3 days and earn around +50% profit of my deposit.

My review about cloudbet :

Site is extreme slow. Live sports is almost not working in same games.
If odds change in better side for player, than not able to make a bet. You have to reload a page and it takes a lot of time because site is not working properly. If odds changing in worst side than accept automatically.

Same games in live sports, you not able make a bets in 15-20 min from game start.

Was two winning bets marked as no winning bets. After 3 days, support fix this problem.


I withdrawal my funds and leave it.

Last time I contacted your support, I spent hours explaining the rules of tennis, what the ATP is, and how to check ATP scores via the ATP official website.  Then to make things easier on Dennis, I posted screen shots until he finally got the picture (no pun intended).

So basically, your support means well but aren't 100% competent in all aspects.  So NO I won't be contacting your support.

I recently deposited a few bitcoin on cloudbet in anticipation of betting on some baseball games. However, I've been blown away at how terrible the lines are. I'm consistently getting lines that are 5 to 25 points worse than what is offered by Bovada and Carbon. Your site says that your lines are "very competitive", but they appear to only be competitive if you are betting on favorites. All of your underdog lines are pretty much unbettable. I've been watching the lines for about ten days and have yet to find a single line worth betting. Is this to be expected going forward? Do your handicappers intentionally place lines that are unfavorable to underdog bettors like myself? If so, I will have to give my business to someone else, but I'd like to be able to use cloudbet if I can.

Last week, I almost found a line that was so ridiculous, that I was only 1 point away from being able to bet the max bet on the favorite at cloudbet and max bet on the underdog at Bovada for a guaranteed profit! That's remarkable. I've never seen lines even close to this disconnected in Vegas. Usually you'll see lines that are 5 to 10 points apart, but I'm finding differences of upwards of 25 points!! That's a lot...

As a sample, here are the lines I found using American Odds at Bovada and Carbon along with their corresponding lines at Cloudbet from yesterday and today...

I'd really prefer to place my bets via bitcoin, but if this is standard practice at CloudBet (and it certainly appears to be, with a Sigma of about +4 over my statistical sampling of your lines...) then I simply can't justify placing any action here...

I´m definetly quiting Cloudbet....
The site is extremely slow. I´ve tried with several browsers (Safari, Firefox, Opera), and no way...
Because of the site´s speed, I have lost a huge amount of btc, as not being able to place live bets when i need to do it.
By the way, since 5 or 6 days ago, It´s almost imposible to bet on live soccer. Scores and odds are not updated, and when you place a bet it´s always rejected, with an "odds have changed" message.
Also, winning bets, are sometimes processed with upto 6 hours of delay, which obviously makes me lose lots of betting oportunities.
Hope yo improve this ASAP, I have no doubt you are the biggest and most trustable bitcoin betting site....but for the time being, although I have to do it in FIAT, I prefer to use other platforms.

I have sent over 3 emails to that email, and nobody had decency to reply me for over 24 hours now !!!!!!!  


This is not the first time I'm experiencing problems. Yesterday I had to wait almost 24 hours for one single bet to settle in order for me to receive the winning coins. I'm getting heart attacks here and nobody, and literally nobody of your staff has decency to reply me for over 24 hours now!
