I understand that to unlock your sign up bonus you need to earn loyalty points. Could someone please explain to me what the loyalty point to bet amount ratio is? I could not find much on the site relating to this.

Hi BeatMo, It depends specifically on the event, market, and time to kickoff. In general our larger events (NFL, EPL, UEFA CL, NBA) we take 15-30 BTC per stake. However, you can also place multiple max bets until you get on the total amount that you want. So, for example, if you wanted to place 50 BTC on an EPL game, you could make 3x max bets to get the full 50 BTC amount on. Cheers, Cloudbet |

Next day he won 1 BTC, so I will not get commission but how you calculate those 1 BTC loss. Will you adjust that win from next loosing on referral. |

I had read in this forum lots of messages from Cloudbet´s support team, explaining you were updating some stuff. But also there are some messages telling everything is ok..
So, what´s going on?
In my case, almost all betting options are closed (with a padlock image), odds are not updated, and in several matches they no longer show the correct live scores.
Furthermore. when trying to bet, always an "odds have change" message appears, being imposible to place bets...
Are you planning to fix this bug? How long do you estimate this will take?

Same here, I was going to bet live on Bayern Munich match, but no live option there to bet. I don't know what is going on there. |

hi cloudbet, lately i've been trying to make some bets but literally all of them kept saying "odds have been change, your bet slip is updated please bet again" but it obviously isn't updated. when are you going to fix this as it's really starting to get on my nerves.
