I have about 30 NFL bets from last weekend, and all of them are still pending... whats going on cloudbet? Any details on when these bets will close?
The bets are all slips 43386 - 43427. I also sent an email about this a few hours ago, but got no response.

Just to Follow up, all my bets are now resolved. Thanks Cloudbet.
And its not that many bets, pick 6 teams, do 3, 4, 5, and 6 way parlays on each for .001 BTC. 30 some odd bets.... I've picked 7 teams before and done 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 way parlays on them before... THATS a lot of bets...

Hi cloudbet,
Just one question, sometimes some matches disappear (later they come back), why it happens so?

Hi aguanyardiners, This could happen for a number of reasons, however the most common will be that odds are being updated. If you contact support@cloudbet.com with a specific example next time this occurs for a match you wish to bet on we will be happy to look into it for you. Cheers, Cloudbet

I have to change my position on CloudBet for the time being. I previously wrote a good review on here, however, I am not happy with an incident that occurred yesterday. I am a fairly large player, having moved approx 150+ BTC's through CloudBet over the last week or two. Most of my play is on the live blackjack tables; where i play around 2-5 BTC per hand.
Yesterday, I had a 5 BTC hand playing when suddenly the server went down. The servers went down for approximately 20 minutes, with an Error 540...redirecting to CloudFlare landing page. During this time; I had a soft 13 against a dealer 10. This was an obvious hit situation, however, I was unable to do anything with the hand. Since the live video gaming is outsourced presumably via an API connection, the 'live game' view my inaction as a stay, and once I was finally able to return to the game (20 minutes later), I ofcourse lost.
I contacted CloudBet who gave the typical 'We will look into it'. The prudent thing to do would be to simply forfeit the hand and return my bet. The issue wit h the servers was on their end, not mine - as the error 540 / cloudflare error page indicates. I have yet to hear from CloudBet and / or see the return of my bet. I will keep you all posted. Until then, I will no longer be playing on CloudBet and urge you all to consider carefully.

Thanks for sharing your experience . There is also a scam accusation thread going on with other issues on Cloudbet. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=819311.msg9186446#msg9186446 I was also a victim to an error from Cloudbet and was not refunded for it. But now it seems a lot of people are having issues.

But now it seems a lot of people are having issues. I will be taking my action elsewhere. They responded to my inquiry with the typical 'we do not see the hand in question in your play log'. Which makes sense...SINCE THE SERVERS WENT DOWN. I asked if they kept video recordings or chat logs with the live dealers, as I told the dealer, who then called the supervisor, that I was unable to hit the hand. Ofcourse the dealer told me to submit a support ticket, which i did....and here we are. 10 BTC down the drain and no response from CloudBet. Until CloudBet makes this right and forfeits the hands of 10 BTC (iam not asking for a win, just a forfeit, even though the next card dealt was an 8 which would have gave me 21) I will no longer provide action for them. I also urge all of you to reconsider your play there as well.

We retain records of all bets placed and hands dealt, however unfortunately as the situation you described does not exactly match any hands in your bet history we cannot simply void the bet. We will be back in touch shortly via email once we have investigated further. Cheers, Cloudbet

You guys will quickly void a hand in the event of a 'dealer error' but not when your servers crap out? "Oh look, he cant finish the hand....lets just pretend he stayed and watch him lose". Then claim we cant find any record of it in the 'logs'. Right...
