Since a few months I'm a regular sportsbetter at cloudbet, but now I just placed a live bet on bröndby if - randers fc 1 (odd was between 6 and 7 at that moment) (a bit more than 1.9 btc, the maximum bet i could make and the odd was between 6 and 7 at that moment, sorry, i don't remember the exact numbers and can't look them up since cloudbet just deleted my bet). I got the green message in the corner: your bet is succesfully submitted (and the money as debited from my account), so i was happy, after the match I went back to their site and everything just looks like before, the amount which was debited from my account is now credited again and the bet is not in the bet history. I'll contact them now about this issue but since I don't have a lot of trust in them anymore I'm warning you now already: PLEASE WITHDRAW ALL YOUR BTC AND NEVER DEPOSIT AGAIN AT CLOUDBET. THEY WORK PERFECTLY WITHOUT ANY ISSUES FOR A LONG TIME TILL SUDDENLY YOU WIN A LOT OF BTC'S AND THEY REMOVE REMOVE YOUR BET (AND THE MONEY AS WELL). I TRUSTED THIS SITE SO HARD BUT SADLY THIS APPEARS TO BE JUST ANOTHER SCAMSITE Hi leen93, We have responded to you via email and are currently looking into the issue. Cheers, Cloudbet You mean you are just neglecting my mail?

Cloudbet - A few questions: 1) "5.1.3. You agree to provide complete and accurate registration information to us. You agree to inform us promptly, in writing, of any changes to such information. 5.1.5. You authorize us to use any means that we consider necessary to verify your identity and creditworthiness with any third party providers of information." BTC sportsbooks normally allow anonymous registration. I clicked on Register, and it asks for my birthdate. That is not normal for a btc book. It also contradicts your FAQ: "If Bitcoin is anonymous, do I still need to provide Cloudbet with personal information? No, all you need to create an account and start betting is a valid email address." 2) "5.1.8. We reserve the right to apply a handling charge of up to 5% on deposits and withdrawals to cover transaction costs." That is for btc Deposits and Withdrawals? Why? So there can be a 5% "handling charge" for depositing btc? And the same 5% for withdrawing btc? This also contradicts your FAQ - "No payment processing costs...". 3) Do you have instant withdrawal? If not, how long does a withdrawal take? Can the entire balance be withdrawn at any time (if there is no promotion rollover ongoing)?

I found the info on your website about the bonus.
It says it is automatically applied for every deposit, and then there is a slow rollover with some complicated terms.
Can I withdraw my deposit and winnings at any time and forfeit the bonus?

If not, how long does a withdrawal take? Can the entire balance be withdrawn at any time (if there is no promotion rollover ongoing)? Hi Gogo ppp, Thanks for your interest in our site. Regarding the registration information, all we require and will ever ask for is an email address and birth date - the birth date in order to verify that players are over the age of 18. The 5% handling charge has not yet been applied to any withdrawals, and will not be applied to genuine bettors using our site. It is included in our terms and conditions to allow us to recover costs in the event that individuals deposit and withdraw large amounts of bitcoin without using our sportsbook or casino. As for withdrawals, the vast majority are processed instantly. In most cases, your withdrawal hits the blockchain the second you hit the withdraw button. However in some circumstances, such as a) for very large withdrawals, b) if one of several anti-fraud clauses are triggered, or c) the hot wallet is empty, we manually review the transaction and re-fill the hot wallet if needed. Regarding our bonus, you may withdraw your entire balance at any time without this affecting your bonus in any way. Cheers, Cloudbet

Hi Gianluca95, The amount you can win on any given event will vary based on a number of factors, and will also vary depending on how far our from the time of the event you are placing the bet (limits will be higher as the event draws nearer). For example, on high profile events such as NFL games we will allow straight bets of up to 20 BTC on the day of the game. Our limits are calculated in order to maintain a responsible level of risk, such that we will always be capable of paying all winning bets and maintain a sustainable sportsbook. Cheers, Cloudbet

Our system did not receive, nor did it accept, any other bets on this game. Regards, Cloudbet

Why the revenue is negative?
Hi BitBitCoin, As you are on a rev share commission structure, the commission you receive is calculated as a percentage of the revenue generated by your referred players (i.e. the amount of bitcoin they have lost). In this instance your referred players have won more than they have lost, therefore your net commission is a negative number. If you would like to reduce the likelihood of this happening in the future please take a look at our hybrid commission structure, and if it interests you contact support@cloudbet.com to have your account switched over. Cheers, Cloudbet

But i start to get suspicious why so much people acuse the site of scaming people. For the moment the only negative thing i want to say about them is that theyr support is really slow and i had 3 times some bets that i won and apeared as lost but then i spoke with the support and problems been solved.
