I've got a question. From the whitepaper, the GREM token will give exposure to the AUM of 2%-1.25%. So, in 5 years the AUM goal is 10 bn, which means, if that happens, the distribution to GREM token holders, if those conditions are met, is 125 million, is this correct?

Yes, precisely what you said.

This amount will be the gross revenue received by GREM, any expenses incurred by the company will be paid and the result will be final calculation of what the token holders will receive.

How does Global REIT differ from a traditional REIT?

- Global REIT differs from a standard REIT as it utilises blockchain technology.

- Global REIT's Asset Portfolio can be made up of globally acquired assets, whereas standard REITs have restrictions in this sense.

- Token holders of the ‘Asset Owning Company’ will be paid dividends every month unlike in traditional REITs.

- Token holders (with minimum 5,000 tokens of GRET or GREM) will get future access to all its Assets under Management (AUM) starting with free stays
every year in its 1st Hospitality Asset.

- Reward points will be offered in the Loyalty Programs attached with its AUM. These points can be used to avail of free services up to a certain limit.

Hello Supernva,

GRET will payout a fixed 8% per annum income returns on your investment. Depending on how much you invest, you can divide the annual dividend by 12 to get your monthly dividend.

Additionally you'll receive dividends on your GREM tokens as well. This will start at 2% per annum, reduce by 0.25% every year and stabilize at 1.25% per annum after 3 years.
