The Asset Management Module is a multipurpose module that handles both the frontend and the backend of all assets listed on the platform.

The 1st asset will be secured on an 8% yield locked in for 5 years. The return will be distributed as follows upon token subscription in the form of
dividends.
a. The income of GREM Token holders will initially start at 2% of AUM and will reduce by 0.25 % annually over the first three years stabilising at 1.25%
thereon. This income is before any expenses related to operations are incurred.
b. The income of GRET Token holders will be a stable ROI of 8% p.a. on its 1st acquired asset. This income is before any expenses related to operations are incurred.

how mounthly devident will be calculated?

The dividend on the GREM Token will initially start at 2% of NAV and will reduce to a maximum of 1.25% of NAV.

The dividend on the GRET Token will be a stable 8% of the investment made in the AUM.

Each contribution gives you 25% GREM and 75% GRET.

So for 1 ETH at today's rate of $600*, you will receive 2142 GREM tokens worth $150 and 450 GRET tokens worth $450

You can expect to receive $3 (2%) returns on your GREM tokens and $36 (8%) on your GRET tokens in the first year.

So for a total of $39, you can expect to receive $3.25 monthly dividend for the first year.

*ETH rate to vary.

Hey there, thanks for your interest in Global REIT.

Yes, the project will globally acquire assets. Global REIT's first asset will be a 4 Star hotel in Dubai, UAE. The second asset will be a residential building in UAE, and the third will be a shopping mall, also based in UAE. Global REIT will then expand outwards and acquire a hotel in the UK. All of these acquisitions are planned for 2018. You can view the roadmap on page 9 of the Whitepaper.
