Has anyone tried to send apple coins from their BTC-8 account back to their wallet on their local computer?

I have not had a problem using BTC-8 before to sell the apple coins for litecoins and then send them to cryptsy. They all turned up fine but I sent the applecoins back to my wallet on the computer I mined them a couple days ago and nothing shows in my wallet.....

Sound strange. I used to sell APC and buy BTC. No problem with BTC transfer. I think APC transfer should also be fine.

You sure the receiving address is correct? Better have a check. And make sure your wallet has no sync problem.

Cheers for the reply, my apple wallet is all synced (does have the warning about checkpoint being old) and I generated a new receive address when doing it. According to the btc-8 website in the "Withdraw Record" section it has been processed and done.

I will give it a day or so and see if they turn up.

You see "old checking point" msg because your wallet is 1.2 instead of 1.3. Try download 1.3 here: http://applecoin.org/cn?download=46   However I don't think V1.2 will affect transfer.

Usually withdrawal from BTC38 just take few minute to maybe half an hour for me. Make sure the withdrawal address is the same as what you generated. (in 2nd column from right hand side) If you still can not get APC in wallet you should send request by click "客服有问必答" (Customer service) then "提交新问题" (submit new ticket)

Thanks again, I have updated the wallet and that's all working fine. Having a little trouble finding the customer service button on the website (even with Google translate) but did manage to find an email so sent them a note.

I checked the withdraw request time and its not even been 24 hours yet so I hope it will process through. The address sent to is correct and shows in my wallet. I think everything has been done correctly just have to wait and see if it comes in.

Sorry to know you have this problem

They usually reply through web version helpdesk instead of email

Have you tried submitting question like followings?

You better provide date and withdrawal ID so they can try to find what the problem is. Or you can ask them to provide APC transaction ID

Good luck

yes, the site I use for this was www.btc-8.com.  I have used it before in selling 6000 APC for Litecoins and then transferred them across to Cryptsy. They all came in fine. Its been over 24 hours now since I tried to transfer the remaining apple coins from btc-8.com back to my wallet but still nothing is in.

Thanks for the help but I think this will just be put down to bad luck, I emailed the site but no reply as of yet.

Due to a lots of spam there they manually approve registration now. And the "10-10" verification bug is fixed now.

Maybe you can try PM the thread starter for development question.

Ok. Few questions.

botpool.net -> working somehow (but there is some suspicious flash code on homepage, which is blocked by FlashBlock in my browser, so I cannot see botpool homepage, when FlashBlock is on)
JohnDorien`s pool -> not working
apc.plus.sh -> not working
coin-base.info/applecoin -> I am there

N change is based on what? Timestamps?

Who is Frank here? Because KunningLinguist is not here for a while.

Frank is the forum moderator there. N factor base on time I believe.

The flash is for anti attack and statistic use. I also have to click enable that flash everytime to load pool site.

They seems going to launch shopping site for APC, RAD, VEL etc. they created.

Anyway I may focus on other coins now good luck!

nice coin design based on TIX, i like it and has a great exchange with btc 38, needs some western exchange,..... why are they not listing it the volume could be huge.... fees for nothing.

This took of a lot more with chinese people than it did in the west.

Thanks again, I will try and get in contact with them via the QQ account. The site does not give a transaction ID, all I can see is the wallet address I sent the coins to and the amount.  Below is the only info I can pull from the withdraw.

订单号   账户(转账单号或姓名)   币种   金额   手续费   状态   时间   取消
4818   ANP9iPSWfGzQ5ev.. ()   APC   2996.001   2.999   已通过   2014-01-19 02:49:11

thanks again,
