Nowadays there are lots of people that made financial pyramids, they follow the development of technologies and came to cryptomarket, so there is nothing strange that now so many scams we see, it was bound to happen sooner or later

It really is hard to believe that there are some ICOs who are intended to scam people. There are all hypocrits and rely on the weakness of people especially those who are new to bitcoin. So sad.
yes that's the way people get profit through fraudulent methods, do a scam ico project, and I've found it a lot, is there no controller in this forum who knows for sure the real ico scam or ico

A very obvious sign of planned scam with ico is a huge bounty program. This means, the more positive talking here in forum, especially by noobs, the less safe is the ICO.
Anyway unregulated ICOs as form of investment in companies have failed in general. The only ICOs that make sense are investment in a new blockchain. But as rates for Altcoins have dropped dramaticly during the last 9 Months, the new coins have more or less also failed all-in pricedevelopment.
So the logical result is: Dont invest in ICOs in general, thats better for your wallet.
As almost all logic thinking investors realised that, need for ETH as medium for payment in ICOs has fallen dramaticly in price. Do what all people do: Everyone got burned by ICOs. Dont touch them!
If invest in crypto, do it only in already running, real and used coins, not token. Thats already risky enough...

Unfortunately, we will not be able to prevent it or get rid of it. It seems to me that to some extent it helps the market to cope and gives a chance to earn a lot of people. The main thing is to avoid such projects and then the problems will be solved

Of course, it was and it will be because this market is free for everyone and blockchain technology does not limit anyone. Only it is necessary to approach with a head to a choice of coins and projects.

Well, it's like with every investment - use your brain and do some research on the project you want to invest in. Better take half an hour and DYOR than blow your money to some scam ICO.

I hate scam and am very pissed of, but I am not giving up, because that is our future if the project ain't scam it gives you their tokens, that will make you rich one day! Investing in any how coins right now is not a good idea, there are many coins out there that they pose to solve one problem or the other but when you even hear what they are solving, it rather sounds ridiculous and some other coin has solved it already. Also, try to get their telegram , research their devs and find out if they have the financial resources to fund their coin.

if a project scam people at ico stage then it will be very disappointing for people who invest in it. there are no specific tools to identify that which project are good or scammed. but there are some general things to know before investing. first you must understand the cryptoworld and try to read the whitepaper of project before investing. second dont invest heavily on any particular project. third always follow the project on telegram and try to analyse the possibility of project.by this way you can reduce the risk.

I feel so sad when is see people been scam by those scam ICO many investor has really lost there fund in the hands for this scam, it think it time blockchain or cryptocurrency agencies will set up a bodies that will be regulation the rate of ico lunched every week or month and secondly before any post about ico is been published in this forum it will be we checked that it is legit one not scam. let help our investor and the reputation of cryptocurrency let no give chance to crypto haters to over shadow us.

Yeah i agree with you there. People, in order to earn more, will do everything even if it means fooling people. We must learn how to check them carefully so that the chances of being a victim of scam would be lessened

If all projects were a bunch then there would be people left on the forum. Let's say 80% of projects on the market are bad , but the market is moving and working, and every day we are growing, so the remaining 20% of projects are enough for development. This does not negate the fact that these 20% may fail, such are the risks.

Well going so far as saying 80% of the coins on coinmarketcap are bad is a it far fetched in my hopinion. There a re some bad coins, yes. But they are mainly bad project, meaning that they have no vision or a not working product. I wouldn't call them scam coins, but simply poor products. This happens in every market, being smartphones or fashion. There a good projects and brands and bad ones. Just pick your best

Unfortunately, no one is immune from this, just need to more closely analyze the project in which you participate.
