Has anyone had any luck on Antpool with BTM, yet?  I have emailed them several times (even with FB messenger)...crickets.

I dont think they work on weekends. Wait Monday.

I'm on the sidelines..I did not get a unit...but NO ONE is mining, because of NO pools (and weekend) really?

or is it just Antpool?

If so, I hope you guys ROI on these...I just could not 'man up', being Bitmain and all...

(I may be out of anything big anymore, miner wise, and sit on my BTC and Altcoin hoard....and maybe, maybe, a couple miners in the basement...

probably for the best...I liked being a 'hobby' miner.....mostly the last 1/2 year I feel like I'm just being 'played' by Bitmain...getting old...)

But really, I hope it works out on the B3....we need a WIN of any ASIC flavor for the little guy....IMHO...

I hope to ROI asap. Need something after paying 3k for 2 L3s haha.

Slightly a little worried on ROI because there are 2 batches out instead of 1. The A3 had a far longer gap between batches, yes? Mine isnt even delivered yet. Pray all goes well. Bytom price fell a little though

Selling 100 dollar coupons (8units expire 11th June, 14 units expire 1st july) and 125 dollar coupon (2 unit exp 30th June). Selling at 20% of value

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I know right?  I finally get in early on an deal like the SIA miner and it's completely jacked.  Kinda need a win to pay for the $4000 L3+'s I bought...lol

Can't you solo mine to a wallet? If the network isn't that bloated yet, seems like it would be the most profitable option...

Keep those L3+s running! Depending on your electric rates, they're still paying out pretty decently (for me, at .11/kwh, it still brings in more than double). I'm a big believer in Litecoin, though, and I think it's going to get back to the $250-300 range before the end of the year, so...

Yes, you need to use a BTM address, not an ERC20 exchange address.

I'm beginning to think conspiracy.  There is next to NOTHING on the internet that shows anyone mining Bytom.  I think that "they" may be suppressing information b/c of the profits that can be made with as little competition as possible.  Normally by now, YouTube would be riddled with all kinds of videos about people receiving their machines and then showing everyone how much they are making with the B3.  I don't understand why 700+ machines would be on the Antpool BTM site (according to the current hash-rate that they are reporting) and not be getting any rewards.  Makes NO sense!  Thankfully, posts like this lead me to UUPool, which is yielding some pretty impressive rewards, but I have yet to be paid out on them.  So, we will wait and see.  I hate to think that the whole thing is rigged...but that would be par for the course.

Discord and Telegram are full of us lol

I hope the miners that were complaining about the 2nd batch release (so soon and so cheap) come back and read this feed. This is the reason Bitmain had every right to release a second batch this soon and for a lower price. When the miners are making $300/day and have a 7 day head start on the the 2nd batch Bitmain can do whatever the hell they want as far as I'm concerned. Good on you Bitmain, thank you. Quite frankly, I can't believe Bitmain offered the refund. I've never seen a product released that will almost certainly ROI in less than 2 weeks.

Agree but how to ROI? I cant find a way to send the BTM from Offcial Bytom Wallet to any Exchange. I get this error "<action index 1: unknown address type>" when I try to do a transaction from the Wallet.

Any idea how to exchange?

Yeah, but we're the ones that took the chance that this would work.  Look at what happened with X3.

The exchanges are using ERC20. Mining rewards go directly to Bytom. Hopefully the exchanges will accept Bytom soon.

This has me kind of worried.  Once an exchange gets it up and running, everyone is going to sell all at once and crash the price.

This has me kind of worried.  Once an exchange gets it up and running, everyone is going to sell all at once and crash the price.

I had that thought also but let's look at the facts:

1.) 70% of Bytom are already in circulation. 987,000,000

2.) There are less than 1,000,000 new Bytom mined daily

3.) In the last 24 hours roughly $75 million worth of Bytom exchanged on different exchanges (coinmarketcap.com)

4.) Price is already down 20% in just a couple of days BTM/USD, down 50% BTM/ETH

My opinion is that if everyone goes to market at the same time on the same exchange with 100% of rewards when an exchange begins accepting BTM, yes the price will drop. But I don't believe that will happen. I also think a lot of the price adjustment is already baked in. We've had a huge run over the last week in nearly all crypto yet BTM is down significantly.

Also, this is Bitmain's baby. Do you think a multibillion dollar company is going to let their technology fail? It wouldn't surprise me if they bought more at a lower price much like an underwriter buying stock at an IPO to hold up the price.

Or I could be completely wrong and this is a $0.20 shitcoin this time next week. In which case I will only have made $40/day instead of $240 Wink
