Of course after April 22, they will re-check and may take more than a month because from what I know April 22 the team distributes tokens

That's really too bad to hear after so much wait, judging by the time it took for the first kyc to get approval, i sincerely hope resubmitting the kyc won't take such a long period again, otherwise it will be almost torture to wait another long period to get approved, i hope they can speed the process up this time.

Yes, that is one factor but to be faster in the process you have to use an international identity such as a passport this will be easier than local identity
