They need to verify those accounts who's also applying for verifications maybe they are too busy for now, the time frame for the said distributions is coming near so you have to be patience waiting, keep trying and check it out as what the replies above said they will come to you once they've read your message.

No, it wasn't rejected because of image resolution.
It was rejected because the documents I sent didn't contain my full address.

As it seems that this jinbi is strict with those who submitted kyc and if they failed there should be a chance to resubmit in such case it varies from another subject med to the reason why it was failed. This is the most common problem that occurs in the participants however should be considerable. What i don't like is even in the jinbi l's development or other events that they are doing is isn't posted here and they have no communication in the form of chat that we can contact and ask them.

So if you have not received both notifications, your account has not been checked

Anybody saw the announcement post by the team given step by step process to check address details and how to change wallet address if there is the need for it? team are definitely getting ready for distribution on 22nd this month so anyone who feels to change their wallet address should do so now before distribution will commence.

if I didn't understand it wrong from the last announcement 22 April is the last day for token disturubute. Still all participant are not approved as I see. if there will be another delay it will be so disappointing.

If thats the reason you're right and to think that they will finish the final list and clear all submissions on before so might be this day or tomorrow is their final review before proceeding in distribution. I don't see any delays that can be happen they use a lot of days for those who join in the bounty. Goodluck to the participants, i'm still looking forward and waiting for it to add in other exchange and have a good updates from the team.
