Is it normal to wait for 6 months for a bounty reward?

Well organized campaigns includes that stuff in the schedule and mostly of the campaigns announces it early. Mostly of the campaigns that I joined have 1 month to prepare and organize the reward for everyone then maybe a week additional for the distribution. This situation may not be followed due to some concerns like a delay of transaction from the escrow or there are too many participants in the campaign.

 months is considerably a long eriod of time to wait for rewards to be aaid, there are sometimes when bounty rewards take quite long to pay off mainly because of the  fact that it takes lon to make accurate calculations on who gets how much, sixpmonths hoovers is not quite  a good crytto

The bounty rewards distributions depends on the success of the overall project, sometimes when the project find it difficult to realize their hardcap, the bounty payment might get some delays, but waiting for a long period of time like 6 months is abnormal for bounty distributions.

Damn, that is a lot of time to get your reward. I would just move on to anotehr project thats gonna last a month max, maybe 2 months if I like it.

In my experience, usually one month after the campaign is over. 6 month is too long. Do not enter into such projects.

Yes, sometimes its normal, some ICO distribute bounty tokens after long. As an example, tradove ICO was finished in March but for the Facebook campaign, they still distributing tokens.

Of course, it's not normal. It's not airdrop we get paid for the work done. Mostly tokens are given 4-6 weeks after ICO. It's very rare when you have to wait longer. But if they mentioned in their white paper that bounty distribution will be done after 6 months, you knew what you were getting into.

bounty campaigns likes dice game. the point is luck factor. if a campaign extends the rewards should be fall. so then taking a new journey can be a good idea.

It depends, if the developers have said nothing about it than it is not normal, but if they keep reporting about the issue to the participants then it is fine

It seems to be now a days. Which is why it is very very important that we have tons of patience going into bounties. We should expect things like this to happen from the start. Everything goes through a process. Which is why some projects distribute rewards for quite a long period. They need to follow procedures. Otherwise, they may not be able to distribute rewards at all!

No, it's not normal.  I think this was a scam project and you will not get anything.  Usually coins are paid in a month.

I totally agree with you on this topic. I think 6 months is a bit too long to wait for the bounty rewards. Usually based on my experience, I participated in some previous bonus campaigns. The campaign lasts 1-2 months. and after the end of the campaign about 2 weeks to 1 month. I received the token that I had earned last time. If you do not receive the token too long. The time frame for recieving the bounty rewards for a certain campaign is different from other campaign or project. Usually, based on my experience, it takes a month or two before I recieve the reward. There are also times when the reward came very early as expected. I think 6 months is too long to wait for the reward. Possibly its a scam.

I think it's normal. because there are several reasons they are waiting to share 6 months. maybe they do not want a very big dump, so the price becomes cheap

That's perfectly normal. Before you participate in the bounty you should look at the dates . Many companies first go bounty, then pre - sale, then public sale and then they pay for bounty.
