it is certainly not normal. as a new trend the ico projects are taking their time to raise as much money as possible, which causes them to distribute the reward late.

This depends on the situation, we can not blame if we get a reward from bounty for 6 months, if the project has not reached softcap then we have to be patient, waiting is a better thing than not getting anything.

Most of us join bounty campaigns because it is one of the means for us to get coins. I just want to verify how many of us have experienced waiting for a long period of time to get our coins. Don't get me wrong, i do trust the managers and what they say. And, most of them give valid  reasons why it'll take that long for them to distribute the rewards. In average, how long do you receive your coins after a bounty campaign?
I also waited for 6 months and even more, when I thought I thought the bounty campaign I was following was a fraud, but it turned out I got a token after so long I waited. I am not sad I just feel happy because I had not hoped for the campaign, but in fact I get the rewards that I want.
we do not need to be too ambitious, if our sustenance is on bounty campaign, surely we will get the reward even though we have to wait long.

It's very likely that this is a bad company and you will not get your coins.  Usually coins are paid a month after the end of the ICO.

Just want to answer your question and make it easier for you the answer is NO, if you are already waiting for 6 months after the campaign lose your hope dont expect that coin or else try to be active on their telegram and website for you to be updated on whats happening on their campaign. 6 months is long enough to forget that bounty move on and try to be more picky on campaigns it is better if you search first on how to choose a bounty.

Charge that waste of time to experience, well I heared 1 of my friend also took half years and luckily he got paid but that is an exception because the bounty is extended.

From my own point of view, a good and well organized bounty shouldn't run more than 2 months any further elongation should consider d project as fail but with more project in circulation it will be so hard for a project to reach soft cap talk less of hard cap. But that does not depict a 6 month for a bounty a worst it shouldn't more than 3 month. Any thing aside that considered d project as wreck.

Six month is an unreasonable amount of time to wait for a bounty distribution. I would be patient about that and start making some demands. If you put you mind to it, there are ways to persuade them to release your rightful payment.

Most of us has the same experience, we are still waiting for our token to be given by those bounties we joined with,  most of them you really have to wait that long before they get their token, for many reason they haven't given it yet and still here we are anticipating and waiting patiently hopeful and believing that all our wait would be worth it.

Though some bounty may require kyc after it ends and therefore needs time to verify all participants. Also some are always locked for some period if time. But I think 6 months is too much to wait to be paid. I am still waiting for about 1 month plus now to receive a bounty I did.
in my opinion as long as just waiting for payment alone is not the problem, most importantly there is clarity about the project that we follow to be left behind, and we can join other projects, without having to bother thinking about our payment on previous projects

i think is really to much wait for 6 month for a bounty, i thing 2 or 3 month is good enough, hope that can be worth for you to wait for that bounty.

Distribution of tokens from ICO campaigns takes time because it always depend on the campaign managers and staff to finalized the spreadsheet. It often takes 1-2 weeks for them to complete the task of allocating stakes and probably could take another days for the tokens to be listed in an exchange site. I personally experienced this and i don't mind waiting as long as the ICO's legit, finishes its token sale and distributed the allocated tokens for participants. Yeah, that's how it normally works and its a long term investment.
So, in order for a bounty participant to gain great profits, one must be willing to wait.

It is not normal and its really a long waiting. Most commonly reason for this is the ICOs are afraid and nervous because they think that if the bounty once will be release it might trigger the price value to decline and it might create FUD to the investors making for them to sell in panic too. Therefore, delaying the bounty rewards is a strategy by the ICO but later it was found out that some investors are already selling too because even the bounty rewards are not yet release but the market start to decline already.

This not normal.  And most likely it was a scam project.  Or a project that has not reached the soft cap.

Base on what I have experienced it will come to a normal situations for bounty rewards to reach almost six months to get reward  to bounty participation, this is because of the many ICOs who are also launching and it had a more and more competetion that is why it is hard to get the softcap and hardcap of the projects, so all we have is to be very patient about this bounty rewards.

I think you may need to consult the bounty manager.
Although I have encountered a similar situation, the delay of the bounty thread is normal because the participants of ICO also do not issue tokens.

It is already normal to see some delay in bounty rewards due to extended campaign. Some of the bounty campaign can last up to six months and there are some reasons why some campaigns are longer than the other like postponement of the ICO and not meeting target sale. To find the legit bounty, it's better to make a  thorough research on the bounty first before joining.

Usually coins are paid 4-8 weeks after the end of the ICO.  Therefore it is not normal to wait for a 6 month payout.

It depends on the ICO progress, my first bounty took 6 months. Some bounties take less time because the ICO sells out quicker.
