A government can create a cryptocurrency ?

Yes, of course i always support government currency if ever they have a coin registered in cryptocurrency world so that it can easily manipulated the regulation to the government the use of digital currency.

Some of them are planning on creating one. Well, i wont invest on a country's digital currency if it's not decentralized and i dont like getting tax and track with every transaction i made or to how much i own. But if ever that crypto currency becomes successful i think i'll reconsider and buy some to profit from it.

I think government can't do like that. Government peolpe have lots of job to do then they will add the crypto currency in there job list ? It's hard for them to join the cypto world, they have lots of things too learn and to understand. So I think government will never be involve in crypto world.

I think that the first significant step in recognition of the crypto currency will be the inclusion of the crypto-currency into the reserves of central banks. And those countries that will be able to issue their own crypto currency and make it in demand for accumulation in reserves of central banks by other countries will be ahead of everyone in economic development. A simple example, remember how America managed to carry out all transactions for oil in the dollar and how the value of the American currency subsequently increased. I think it is in this direction that states should be thought of. I think Japan or Switzerland will be the leaders in this race.

Yes it is possible and many countries launch their own coin like UAE and India also work on it. Government knows that in future digital coin will dominant over the globe and government want to create own way to t control the digital coin to contribute for betterment of economy.

There is nothing impossible for government to create their own digital currency. A government can hire some professionals who are best in their fields and take their help in making their own currency. People will not be reluctant to invest into it because they don’t have any issue of legal or illegal investments. This is a cool idea for the governments to bring their own currencies in the market for making economy strong.

This is normally possible for a country to create own cryptourrency coin in the cryptocurrency market, they can do it easily because they know that if they will launch Thier own coin than in that case most of the investors will enter in that coin because that was launched by a government country and not only the people of that country will invest but also another countries people will take interest in that coin and in this way lots of money from another country to own country will make flow through cryptourrency .
And if any government will launch coin then I will surely Invest in bulk because that will have lots of possibilities of the better stability .

It will be like a share in the stock market. The main purpose ocryptocurrency especially bitcoin is not earning money but to use worldwide and if some specific country create their own currency, hope it will not be usable in the globe. So the purpose will not be accomplished. For that we need only bitcoin, which is not controlled by anyone.

It really depends on the use case, in Ireland you can buy the Irish Coin and have advantages if you are a tourit, but the overall use cases and benefits are really low. Estonia is also planning to have an own cryptocurrency with better use cases. And Venezuela has created the crypto currency Petrodollar which is aligned to the oil price. I think we will see a lot more of that in the future.

It’s quite possible for the government to create a cryptocurrency. If individuals are able to do it, then the government can be able to do it too. But as for where I’m living, if the government creates a cryptocurrency I will never think of putting my money into it. Nah, I will never do that. And not just my country’s government, no matter the country it is, I will never invest. I’d rather continue with the one I’m doing. Governments are criminals and I can’t put my money into their hands again.

I can actually imagine it happening in some countries that have accepted the bitcoin or cryptocurrency in general because they will realize how many advantages it has and can possible switch to the creation of their own currency too.

if the government creates its own crypto currency, I am willing to buy it on the grounds that there is no worry about the destruction of the market, a coin that must be made by a great person and a good infrastructure. and the coverage of domestic and foreign markets into collateral. the use of coins on daily needs can certainly be maximized.

The Venezueleans currency have their own cryptocurrency which is being backed by their oil. i hear has been very succesful due to the amount of money that the government has raised from it.

you have to ask yourself: why would anybody use a government cryptocurrency? If the government cryptocurrency is centrally controlled by the government nobody is going to want to use it. People don't use cryptocurrency for the technology they use it because it's an alternative to fiat money. People use crypto, for the most part, because it is decentralized. A government is not going to create a decentralized cryptocurrency. This is against the nature of government. The government doesn't immediately benefit if they create a decentralized, open source cryptocurrency. They're too naive to even think this way. It's never going to happen.

Probably I would not choose to invest in government cryptocurrency, I don't fully trusted to the laws and regulations of government specially in our country. Government face a lot of problem encountered nowadays interms of corruption. It seems that we can not trust to their policies because even the government is not follow the laws they create. I think that some government have already created their own crypto currency, and some are thinking about it, in fact it is the need of the time in modern time it is expected that all the people of the world will be using crytpo currencies, that is why the governments are also feeling the need to  create their own crypto currency to be use within their country.
